I ask for bacalao which is a very popular dish during lent season specially in Spanish restaurants but got fish & green banana instead because they didn’t have it. I've ordered from this restaurant before and was happy to let ny family try it so we ordered fried fish with fried bananas and salad. the order arrived and salad was missing , fried bananas looked old and half fried, and the worst was that the fish were small for the price they sell for and tasteless. I had order other items in the menu before and they were fine but today was horrible. we called the restaurant to tell them what the order was like and the only thing we got for an answer was a measurement for a fish that was not accurate to what we had in front of us. Bottom line is that certain foods in their menu, I can get better quality and quantity somewhere else for the same price. short version: plastic in food

I made an order around 11am on Sat 1/21/22 - oxtails, rice, plantains and a pina colada smoothie. Girl with red hair initially shorted my change by 8 dollars. She apologized and corrected - no big deal.

I get home and start eating and find giant piece of plastic in the rice. Total disbelief - ate here a few times, always was happy. I call to explain issue - was hung up on. Called again - they ignored call. I wasn’t going to leave this review but they forced my hand. I would’ve accepted an apology and moved on.

Do not eat here. Do not support this business. I have no reason to lie. I don’t need a free meal.
