Harbor Freight — Local services in Pennsauken Township

Harbor Freight was great as usual had what I was looking for I brought back my jack stands for a refund on the recalled ones Kudos on getting out for recall yay could have used more cashiers in the beginning manager was at cashier station more than once and there was five people waiting! And she did not call for a cashier just went about other business! But eventually another cashier came. But instead of helping her customer who had a hard order, she helped my cashier and made the other person wait that was ahead of me because she did not know how to do the refund for jack stands. I did not think that was fair to the person waiting before me and I was embarrassed standing there knowing that man was in front of me and he knew that especially with eye contact that's all sorry I had to spell it out that way but your manager is good and knows what she is doing so please don't take any harsh reprimands on hard during this busy season. She just had three complicated register problems at one time maybe just a little over work that's all, but she did her job that you were supposed to kudos to her. Maybe you should have a little more help in that store that's all but you guys are great! And your manager is doing everything she can I give her an A+ for handling all that she is doing maybe she couldn't pull anybody for the register at the time we were there who knows...

It's ok for most things, however I have been trying for 2 years to buy a trailer that they always have displayed for sale and they always say they just sold the last one or they say they don't have any way to get them and they can't sell the floor model because they need one to show people! Show people what they can't purchase or order or sell? Conveniently they always have the other more expensive models available to order... Almost like a bait and switch. The low cost half decent hand tools is all that keeps me coming back. They are good for light occasional household use. If you need tools for work, I would recommend something else. Especially the electric tools. They are not...

Worst experience ever. The cashiers have no idea what they're doing. I bought 6 items and was charged twice for 1 thing. Then, when asked if I wanted a protection plan, I was told it'd only be $1.99 but they charged me $6.99! Later, I had to make a return and a different cashier returned a cheaper item rather than the $40 item I actually returned! Overcharged as well as ripped off! Definitely would advise against Harbor freight, I'd rather spend more money at home depot or Lowes. Their stuff is not good quality anyway and they apparently charge more so if you do shop here, pay very close attention. I wouldn't even have...
