Banh Mi! Get. A. Banh Mi! We had a pork banh mi that was recommended by the very kind waitress, as well as the garlic noodles. I know, chicken garlic noodles, you can make that at home. But it was all so delicious, the chicken was sooo juicy, as was the pork! Two meats notorious for becoming easily dry and gross. They even have one of those little robots that comes out with your food, but not to worry, the waitress just uses it to safely carry the food to the table. I ordered the Bo Kho and the to go container was half full. This is a size portion of small soup cup for 13$. The bread was nicely toasted but stale. The bread is center of this dish. The soup had a weird aroma to it.
