I get off work and go in for frequent order and the one and only lady who calls herself the "district manager" (had her hair up in a BIG bun and you could easily tell she was a liar) was in the back for over 5 minutes talking on her cell phone about things that were not business related (I could hear her clearly) I called out for her 3 times before getting frustrated and stepping out of the store to wait for her to come out to the counter to do her job! Coming back I was rightfully irritated and she (still on the phone) said to who she was talking to that she had to go because the customer was mad at her! Um, yeah! Respect my time and do your job! No apology! She also stated as soon as she hung up that she was on the phone with the store owner and that the owner said she was going to pull the camera to see if I really waited as long as I said I was waiting for but that didn't sound like how the conversation went while hanging up by no means. Then she proceeds to give me a hard time about an order that I get all the time making me angrier while arguing with me. Needless to say this so called district manager makes me never want to eat here again! Very unprofessional and rude! She should be fired! She also said I was bullying her to make my order like I wanted it. No! I wanted my order like always order it and for her to do her job and respect me as a customer!    Read moreMy wife was in early labor throughout the evening, and the store opened this morning at 6AM⌠so it says. I was not feeling super well and needed to get something in my stomach, and so I waited for them to open. I got down there about 6:10, and the doors were closed, but unlocked, so I walked in. The lady working in there immediately said we are not open. I told her I thought they opened at 6, and she said very rudely and straight, Yes, but they were behind. I asked her when they thought they would be open and she didnât answer. I stood there for a few seconds and asked again when they planned to open. She said very sharply âWe just need a few minutes.â I wasnât being rude or mean in any way. I then waited outside in the hall until 6:25 when she propped the doors open. I then walked in, and she immediately picked up a rag and started wiping down surfaces not even paying attention to me and acted as if I didnât exist. Did I mention my wife was in early stages of labor? After standing there for a couple minutes, she says once again with what seems to be an attitude toward me, âWhat are you wanting, sir?â At that point, I almost walked out, but I really needed to get back to my wife. The lady says she shouldnât refund it because it was made the way it was ordered when in FACT it was not made correctly. It is not my fault that the person taking the order made it incorrectly even though I verbally gave them the correct order. This person was very rude, I returned the sandwich with maybe a bite missing and nothing else. Will not give them my business again. If they werenât inside a hospital where this location is strictly convenient Iâm absolutely certain that due to their workers nasty attitudes they wouldnât have any business at all.
