I really hate and I mean hate having to do this but in my 34 years of being alive this is without a doubt 100 percent the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to customer service. I work in customer service and I'm all about having my employees backs but not if they are in the wrong and again I'm sorry I have to do this but these employees earned it. I was returning something and was waiting a really long time 1 person was ahead of me and it was obvious the girl either didn't know what she was doing or just didn't care but she walked close to me and said I'll be with you in 1 second well as soon as she got done with the person ahead of me she started helping people that came after me and so then she comes and says I'll be with you in 1 second again but again helps other people so I tell her that I've been waiting forever and that I was in front of all of those people and instead of saying I'm sorry sir or hey let me call someone to cone help you because there were so many people just standing around including the store manager the girl started yelling and talking nasty to me so of course I started yelling back and when I yell and get mad it can be pretty bad I will admit that but she should have spoke to me like that and so some guy comes over with an attitude and being rude to me and so I said just return my stiff dude well then store manage comes walking over and instead of saying sir what happened what can I do to help or something of nature she come over and starting being rude and condescending but never once asked me what happened and this girls name is trenedy if that's how you spell it. I can't believe that a place like best buy would have someone like her as the store manager I'm not for anyone losing there job but there is no way she is capable of being a store manager best buy has really gone down hill in pensacola and it's sad because I shop there a good bit but I will never job there as long as they have a store manager like her this place is going to lose a lot of buissness due to her they definitely lost a customer today I really hope unfortunately that she is repremended. She definitely needs some customer service training!! Best buy deserves a better person as there store manager someone that will not talk to customers the way she talked to me definitely don't want to see her get fired but I don't think she is store manager material please get someone...

I brought my iPhone 15 in for a back screen replacement. It was a T-Mobile warranty repair. They punctured the battery while doing that repair and kept the phone for 3 weeks. I was offered an iPhone X 64 gb as a loaner for my $1200 iPhone 15. Needless to say that phone was garbage and I had to remove so many of my essential apps for my day job and second job that it was completely useless, aside from texting and calling. Their incompetence cost me money in my day job.
What's more appalling, is their attitude from the slick haired chubby Geek squad dude to the store "manager". The geek squad guy was smug and he "wasn't about to give me a $1200 loaner phone", despite breaking my very $1200 iPhone 15. The manager was equally useless and not only refused to make it right by giving me a suitable replacement, despite having a store full of phones, he lied and refused to give me the broken phone to take elsewhere, he said it was Apple policy that they couldn't do that. I think they just wanted the repair money at my expense of being without a useable device for 3 weeks.
They flat out lied about being able to release my phone to me. I spent an hour on the phone with Apple. When confronting them with this they still didn't care. I could have taken the broken pieces to Technology for Tomorrow and they would have gotten me an expedited replacement. Funny enough, after 3 weeks of waiting, this is exactly what Best Buy / Geek Squad did.
Their customer service is also garbage. You make an appointment only to show up while they pass you over for anyone else who walks in. Then you wait around for 4 hours for this "30 min repair" only to find out when the girl comes back from lunch "did they tell you? they broke your phone and it's not fixed ". Need I go on??
There were a few nice folks, I encountered a few useful idiots, but when I needed someone to deliver, they failed in every way. I wasted over 20-30 hrs on the phone, driving to/from the store, or waiting in the store, not to mention being without a device for 3 weeks.
Run. Just run away. I will never darken...

Iâve had good experiences at this Best Buy location in the past, as I've purchased several items there before, so when I needed new peripherals, I thought Iâd give them a shot, especially since they offer price matching. I found the items I wanted online, including directly from the manufacturer, but figured Iâd make the purchase in-store since Best Buy would match the price, right?
The store itself was clean and organized, and the staff in the back seemed knowledgeable and very helpful, which gave me a good vibe. But when I reached the checkout, things started to go downhill.
The clerk was friendly and even complimented my choice of peripherals. I told him I wanted to price-match, and he confirmed that it was something they do. He checked the manufacturerâs price, but once he saw the price difference, he seemed a little unsure. He kept saying âpotential price matchâ over and over into his radio, which felt a little odd.
A lead/supervisor came over, and comfirmed they do price match, however, after a quick "potential" exchange by the clerk, he said, âOhh...I donât think we can do that for this item.â Another employee came over and after he echoed the same thingâno price match on that item; she stated. At this point, I begun seeing what was happening, but I decided not to push it, and thanked them for their time.
As I was leaving, I noticed the clerk putting the items I was looking at under his counter, not back in the cart with the rest of the returns; just an arm-lengths away. That confirmed there was something off about the whole situation. It wasnât hard to figure out that the staff might be holding onto items they didnât want to sell, even though theyâre supposed to honor store policies.
So, just a heads-up to other "potential" customersâif youâre planning to price-match at this location, be prepared for some resistance, especially if an employee seems to have a personal preference for certain items. Perhaps its potentially an inside thing they're trained to do. Itâs disappointing because I was ready to make the purchase, but in the end, I decided to walk away. Iâm not sure Iâll be back anytime soon after...
