Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Pensacola

Family visited back in February we waited about 25 minutes to be seated. We were seated waited about 25 minutes to ordered. We finally ordered one of the burgers came out undercooked. We sent it back the burger came back overcooked very overcooked. We sent it back a third time the waiter got the manger because he said he was disappointed. We decided to change to a Chicken Sandwich which wasn't available after we ordered it so we decided to do a Turkey Burger. We waited over an hour we decided to just let it be because everyone was done. I informed the manger and told her it was perfectly fine she apologized for the entire night and thanked us for our patience she asked if we would wait while she checked on things. She couldn't believe how long it was herself!!! We told her will take it to go she covered our ticket...HEAR WE ARE AGAIN TONIGHT!!!! We tried to place our order online but it wouldn't go through so we called it in. We asked for two turkey burgers w/cheese meal no sauce extra fries. We got our ordered and got half home and I checked the bag only one order. I said it was okay I'll eat fries and be good for the night. My husband called and she remember our ordered and apologized and asked us to come back it'll be ready. I was against it but he wasn't so we got there called back the order was ready. I double check the order to besure it was taken correctly she told us yes she'll besure it's no sauce and only one pattie. Which is why we didn't get both from the start of the order was double on one bun. We waited over 30 minutes I stop a manager who has as just walking out to ask her to inform them because they weren't answering the phone. A worker came out with bag apologizing and said he fixed it she didn't word it correctly. He gave me the bag and ask for a payment i was giving him my info while I checked the order and stop mid ways because it was still wrong it was supposed to be no sauce....WHAT A WASTE OF GAS & TIME!!!! I'M DONE WITH FAST FOOD UNLESS IT'S RABBIT FOOD 🥗... Revisited on 2/26/25..The Salad was wonderful❤️..We ordered Turkey Burger w/ Side salad, Cheese Burger Fries & Tavern Double w/Fries ..Every enjoyed the food the service was fast , food was hot & fresh the unlimited drinks and unlimited fries kept coming!!! BY THE WAY THEY DO $10 TUESDAYS YEAP ALL REGULAR SIDES...

I've always heard Red Robbin commercials and had never tried this brand until today. My family and I decided to eat here for lunch after church. First impression was delightful. Staff greeting was not out of the way, kinda felt that the girl who seated us was not thrilled to be there. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive for the most part. She seemed a little distracted and forgetful a few times. We placed our order but then was told that the kitchen was running behind because they got busy. The waitress put in an order of fries to come to the table as we waited on our order, well, the basket of fries was less than pleasing. Not kidding when I say only about 12-15 fries in the basket. We all kinda looked at each other in dismay. Now for the food........we ordered an appetizer of Pretzel bites with beer cheese. Appearance looked as if they were overcooked. Taste somewhat reflected the looks. I ordered the Southern Charm Burger with Fries. I was so disappointed in the taste of my burger. I could tell that the caramelized onions were not fresh and cooked on site. Confirmed with management that the onions were indeed frozen and thawed and heated on-site. The onions and bacon threw the entire flavor of the burger off. My husband ordered the Whiskey River BBQ pizza. Once is was brought out to our table the crust appeared burnt around the edges. No BBQ sauce (I'm assuming that it was supposed to be on the pizza) was not swirled on the top that the picture looked to have. We had to ask for the BBQ sauce, and a plate. The sauce was brought right away but she forgot the plate. Management came by as I'm sure is customary to their services. Upon asking g how our visit was I let them know that I was not pleased with our meals. Of course we answered their questions and the person of whom we were speaking to comped my meal. Another manager brought us a coupon for a free appetizer, desert or shake (with the purchase of an entree) for our next visit. Unfortunately, I was so displeased with the food, I'm afraid we will not be giving them a second chance. 😔 Red...

We decided on Red Robin since we were at the mall. As often as we tend to eat there, i gotta say it wasn't one of the better visits. All seemed to be going really well, we were seated fast, our drink, appetizer and meal orders were taken quickly, everything was going great. No time later the appetizers came out. Appetizers were great, we got an order of pretzel bites, fried pickles and I had a side salad. About the time we were done with the apps, the meals were coming out. We piled our dishes, the server said she would take them away but never did. She came back out and asked if we needed anything, just as I bit into my burger, I pointed at my drink since my mouth was full, but she never brought one out. The next time she came by I asked for a refill she said shure but never brought it out. I watched her sit at the bar and talk to the bartender for a good while. Then she brought out our togo meal, asked if we needed anything before we leave. While paying, I was asked to fill out a survey, The survey asked if we had a bottomless sides, and if so were we asked if we wanted a refill on them. We were never asked. Anyway, it is what it is. I had the mushroom swiss. It was very good, but with nothing to wash it down, it lacked. The kids had shakes so I couldn't steal theirs. Too many times we have been there and had a really good experience so I am sure after tomorrow I will give them a pass and eat there again. Right now, just not happy.
