Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peoria

So I went to Dunkin donuts on university st by Aldi's and usually I go there every single day and order the exact same thing and they messed up the order and I called and they said they would replace. Got there for the replacement and I'm guessing the person in charge was the nastiest person I have come acrossed in a very long time. He kept insisting that the coffee I order anywhere from 1 to 3xs a day didn't exist and almost threw a bottle of mocha at me all aggressively. Needless to say I won't go back there ever again. My bill was $71.00 u couldn't fix a 5$ coffee that u messed up....for real??? I will never again go back there. The Dunkin on Knoxville was much better. Instead of arguing with the man I just bought 3 people's orders behind me what better way to deal with someone being nasty than spreading love. Customer service is not something that Dunkin seems to value - the employees do not even try to be polite and act inconvenience if you ask them for anything. I went through the drive through asked for a half-caff Americano, which I have ordered before. The lady said “we can only make coffee drinks half-caff, not americanos.” I said, in a polite tone, -“but an americano is espresso and water, don’t you guys have decaf espresso?” She let out the longest, loudest sigh, and then said shortly, “yeah, we do, fine. Anything else?”

I didn’t exactly ask for super complex drink. She just didn’t want to make it. She could lied and told me they were out or something and that would have been an improvement from the response I got.

And it’s not just think Dunkin. Every Dunkin I’ve been to, the employees are grumpy and seriously sound like they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you to be...

My daughter had a good day at school and was talking about wanting to be a police officer so she could eat donuts. I tell her she can have donuts at any job lol. We decide to get some donuts for dessert since I couldn't remember the last time we had donuts. We went to the dunkin up the street and was ignored for 10mins. No one ever came to the counter. If anyone would have said sorry we'll be a minute it would have been fine. There were 3 people there they looked at me and just kept on and never said anything to me. I was the only person at the counter in line. While the kiddo was excited for treat I was getting frustrated because no one was acknowledging us at the counter. Ended up just getting some donuts from the grocery store after letting my daughter know they were just too busy today. Not gonna make a scene over basic customer service. The store was clean though.
