Gabriela and Erick have done an amazing job growing their business and bringing a much needed and appreciated healthy restaurant and home delivery service to Greater Peoria.
During our first visit to their bricks and mortar location, my wife and I tried the Baked Chicken Parmesan and Steak and Quinoa bowl. Both entrees were absolutely amazing and full of flavor. It was hard to believe that all of the ingredients were gluten free, and the seasonings were so spot on that no additional salt or pepper were needed.
After our meal, Gabriela so kindly offered us a sample of the freshly made gluten free bread along with a lemon poppyseed and banana nut muffin. Once again, gluten free and full of flavor (especially the lemon icing)!
With such a great experience and satisfied palette, we decided to order their home delivery package and as of the second day, the options and portions do not disappoint. The low carb options fit right in with keto percentages and I was not feeling hungry by the end of the day.

Read moreI love health food! I really wanted to love it… but It was just ok. I went here for lunch with a friend. The cashier wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t overly friendly. My friend got the taco bowl and I got the Mediterranean bowl. I took a bite of mine and was immediately repulsed by the bland turmeric-y flavor. They had forgotten the sauce on mine. Once they gave me a sauce to put on it tasted better, but still had kind of a yucky flavor. The chicken tasted good, so I ate that and threw the rest away. My friend didn’t seem overly enthused about the taste of her bowl either. The avocado brownies were quite good, but to my disappointment I found the sticker from an avocado baked into my brownie. To their credit, I was given a free replacement brownie. We also got some teas. $4 each for weak green tea water. I added some stevia to mine and it was better. All in all we paid about $45 for mediocre meals and service. Theres a chance I’d go back, just out of curiosity to see if there is something on the menu better suited to...
Read moreI have eaten here twice now and each time I'm blown away not only by the lovely service from the staff but also how delicious they make healthy, affordable, and perfectly portioned options for me and my family🙏 this visit we ate the Greek pork whole 30 bowl sided with the falafel (I have craved the falafel since our last visit. It's a non fried sweet potato falafel with a tahini sauce and they are to die for!!!) My son who is 11 ate the sirloin tip with gluten free cheese noodles off the kids menu. My one and half year old son picked off all of our plates and loved everything as well.(he loves the falafel just as much as mommy🥺)The owner who served us this visit offered us three. Healthy yummy cupcakes just for the fact the pork took a bit to come out. This is a beautiful reflection on this caring family owned business ❤️ I would recommend this place for every single meal of the day❤️ yummy yummy over load. So if your local or just visiting please check this...
