Hardee’s — Restaurant in Peoria

I ordered 2 $5 box lunches and a medium order of curly fries in the drive thru when there was nobody in the restaurant or in the drive thru and I paid for my order and she had me pull out front. When the girl comes out she asks me what my order was. I replied I shouldn't have to tell you what my order is, you should already know what my order is if you bagged up my order. So I told her I ordered 2 $5 boxes and a medium curly fry. She then turns and walks back into the store. I followed her in and asked if I need to check my order and she said I don't care what you do. This is what is wrong with every place that allows young people to be managers and have no idea what Customer service really means. I told the girl if she can't handle a customer service type of job then go do something else. Customers should not be treated this way. Once I got home I found that neither box was correct and the fries were undercooked and very oily. I guess anytime you visit a fast food restaurant like this be prepared to get whatever they want to give you no matter what. If these young people think they deserve more money for doing these easy jobs they need to wake up and develop a better work ethic and treat customers the way they would want...

Paid for food then was asked to pull around building to parking lot to wait for the food. Then the employee has no idea whose food goes to which vehicle. The cars are pulling in and out and im not even sure who was before me or after me. This is very disorganized and disappointing. Ive been waiting now for about twenty minutes. I would normally just leave but i paid for the food. Employee brought out a bag for someone who just pulled up, myself and another car have been waiting quite a while and they get their order before us. Finally our orders were brought out only 30 minutes later…so much much for “ fast food” and guess what, thats right it was the WRONG...

Me and my girlfriend literally just got home from this location. We sat for 20 minutes at least,waiting for 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, an order of biscuits and gravy and 2 drinks. They asked for the receipt back to look at the order again and still messed it up. Her sandwich looked like someone sat on it, we only got one order of hash browns, the drinks were wrong and we couldn't understand the woman working the window in the drive thru. The biscuits and gravy looked horrible. Inedible. We called the location ourselves and explained the situation and were not offered a refund or to have the food remade.
