I had been dreaming about the enchiladas all day, the thought of the spicy chicken and melty cheese making my mouth water. As I stumbled into the Mexican restaurant, I was hit by the overpowering scent of cumin and chili powder.
The waitress took my order, and I waited eagerly as the kitchen bustled with activity. Finally, the plate arrived, a massive portion of enchiladas smothered in red sauce and cheese.
I took a bite, and my taste buds exploded with flavor. The chicken was tender, the sauce was tangy, and the cheese was gooey and satisfying.
But the real magic came with the heat. The enchiladas were spicy, hot enough to make my eyes water and my nose run. It was the kind of heat that made you feel alive, that made you forget about everything else in the world.
As I devoured the enchiladas, I could feel the sweat starting to bead on my forehead. My heart was racing, and I was starting to feel light-headed. But I didn't care. I was in the throes of a culinary ecstasy, and nothing could stop me.
The other patrons in the restaurant stared at me in awe as I continued to shovel the enchiladas into my mouth. But I didn't care. I was in my own world, a world of flavor and heat and pure, unadulterated joy.
By the time I finished, I was panting and sweating, my stomach stuffed to the brim with enchiladas. But it was worth it. For a few moments, I had experienced something truly magical. And as I stumbled out of the restaurant, I knew that I would never forget the enchiladas that had...
Read moreThe level of disrespect I experienced not only from the staff but the management is ridiculous! As a manager myself you should never allow your staff to argue with a customer, but then for yourself to argue as well shows a lack of training within yourself. If your employee tells a customer something reasonable and said customer follows said instructions set by the staff. Why as a manager do you allow yourself to argue and disrespect a paying customer! The manger on staff today allowed his server to disrespect my party based upon the information provided by his staff. The food was subpar and the service was also terrible. I do not recommend eating at this establishment, it’s only after we take a stand will restaurants start to change their practices!
I have to include a star to level a comment! This restaurant has...
Read moreI went to Jimador and expected what the restaurant name suggests, Authentic Mexican cuisine... I was not disappointed! I've been to Jimador twice this past week! Both times I went was during lunch and there was no wait both times. I was amazed to see tacos al pastor on the menu, so I had to order it. Tacos al pastor is not easily attained in Indianapolis and Indiana, so finding it here was surprising! The pork with the pineapple was perfection and it was served with pico and salsa on the side. They're the kind of tacos that you dream about. If you don't speak spanish do not be intimidated going to Jimador. I am far from fluent and feel that if I had any questions the staff would be more than accommodating. Overall, I'd recommend Jimador to anyone and I may even make the three and a half hour drive back just for...
