I was so excited to try this place but was alittle disappointed with my ramen! Everyone was so nice and all of the food was great! We started off with potstickers and Philadelphia making rolls they were amazing! My husband got the spicy salmon roll too spicy for me! Next we got our ramen bowls. My husband loved his bowl and had his on hot spice level. I got the miso pork bone broth in mild and the broth was really bland and had really no umami flavor which was disappointing but also had pork belly in mine and it was basically 2 slices of pork with alittle bit of okay tasting fat on it, I was expecting flavorful unami pork but it was not. I got wavy noodles which were tasty good, corn, bean sprout, and scallion with a sliced egg. The egg was cooked and marinated in a soysauce flavor it was the best part of my ramen dish! I had heard and seen the marinated cooked egg before but never had tried it! My husband was very happy with his meal. I also noticed that the bathrooms did not have a changing station so trying to change a babies diaper was non existent. With the create your own ramen instead of premade ramen options that was also alittle disappointing! (They also have no relation to the ramen place that use to be across the street around during start of covid.)

First off very good spot to get Sushi it reminds me of Happy Fish Sushi, when they were in campus town. I had the Brave Roll,Harimaku, Caterpillar roll, The Ramen bowl and The Okinawa Roll. The sushi rolls were delicious. The rice was cooked ok it could of been a little fresher. The Sauces were tasty. My favorite roll was The Braves Roll.Sushi Rolls 8.5/10. The Ramen bowl was my favorite thing. All fresh ingredients, taste was great. Noodle were undercooked a little but that's ok lol. The beef in the bowl was amazing, smoked to perfection. 9.5/10, The Harimaku was mid!! Presentation was terrible.Very bland but very crispy. 4/10. I tried the Rangoon Dip that was awesome. Very tasty the wontons were fresh and crispy. 9/10.Shout out to the Chefs/Cooks in the back. Shout out to Natalie she was very nice. Food Game 8/10, Portion Game 9/10, Price Game 8.5/10. I will forsure come back again. Overall Okinawa 8.5/10

I was so excited when I heard a ramen restaurant was opened up in Peoria. I HAD to go the very next time they were open, and I'm so glad that I did! I ordered the "make your own ramen bowl" and added all the fixings that I wanted. You can even adjust the spice level to your taste! I, of course, ordered some sushi on the side as well 😊 Chicago restaurants had nothing on this place. The flavor combinations were to die for. I couldn't finish all of the ramen and had packed it to go. The next day for lunch, I reheated it, and honestly, it might have been even better after sitting in all that flavor! I didn't let a single drop go to waste 😅 Definitely give this place a try and don't pass up making your own ramen bowl! It will leave you missing them.

This is my first review ever, I’m not someone who typically complains online. I would not come back. I’m pregnant and was really craving ramen so I drove 30 minutes to try this place bc the reviews were really good. I placed an order for Ramen, and what I picked up was not what I ordered. I ordered a Hot Miso broth, and I got broth but it wasn’t miso broth and it had 0 spice….like at all. The small soup container was filled half way with a broth, which was not even enough to cover the noodles. I asked for an egg, and the lady who took my order told me it came with one. I declined to add a second one. There was no egg with my order when I got it. You only get 3 toppings for $15. Which is really weird imo, especially considering the ‘basics’ aren’t already included. The toppings I did order only included a couple pieces of each, and it looked like they didn’t even bother to cut them up so that they were small enough to eat. I’ve never been to a ramen restaurant that only gives 3 toppings at that price. Typically you just order the type of bowl and that’s it. I was craving it really bad so I was sad to just throw it away. The flavor just wasn’t good overall either and the price point is bad considered what...
