Omg Very pleased! I called last night was at work and suddenly realized how I was starving and needed something but couldn't leave work. So at 11:45 I called mind you on Friday they closed at 12midnight. So I called in hopes I could cause I had just called Avantis and they said no. So anyway I call and was like can you deliver they said yes i then forget I left my card in my wallet in my car. So they stayed on phone with me till I got let out and made it to my car placed my order at 11:56 maybe. And they made it here at 12:02. I was very pleased and apologized for being a pain. The guy who drives a Black Truck that delivered was very nice and made me laugh. I don't know his name but the guy who took my order was Andrew guess it was him. Idk but AMAZING SERVICE AMAZING EMPLOYEES AMAZING AMAZING...

I have been a customer of this jimmy John’s for years, both delivery and carry out. Recently, I called to place a delivery order to the same address I just had delivery sent to two weeks ago and was informed that my address was now out of range. Upon inquiry to the new GM, I discovered my address is two houses out of delivery range and was told I couldn’t be delivered to any longer. We are currently a one car family and have no vehicle during the day, so if I’m not cooking lunch we have to rely on delivery which is already limited in healthyish options in the area. As a pregnant woman at home with a toddler being told that I can’t have the lunch my daughter and I both crave is devastating. The new GMs unwillingness to compromise is just as such. Placed an order took them 45 minutes to call and tell me I am 1 block from there delivery square. Now if you go to corporate it says they have a delivery radius. A radius is a circle not a square. The manager literally did nothing to sovle the issue. They took my money and 45 minutes later diceded they didn't want to deliver to my address. Every business next to them delivers to my address. I love Jimmy Jones food but now I have to reconsider ever ordering food from them again. Further more the south end is a predominantly black neighborhood. By refusing to deliver to address in this neighborhood even though it is within the radius is a racist policy.
