Update Dec 2024: One star on everything. You'd think out of remodel that they just got done after months of being closed you would figure they would have updated their service and their food not just their prices. Both mine and my father's burgers were overcooked. The French fries were old and very soft and Soggy. The only good part about the meal was my daughter's chicken nuggets. And on top of all of that after ordering in pain and getting to the second window. We were told to wait on the other side while our order was being finished. There were four other cars blocking the drive-thru out. There was no getting around them to get our order. We had to wait almost 45 minutes to get our food. We are not coming back to this one. We're going to go to the one on the other side of the 101 and Olive where it has better service and better food. Do better McDonald's
May 2024:Ordering through the drive-thru, my father and I and my 2-year-old daughter asked for a Happy Meal four piece with a toddler toy and a regular milk. I got a 10 piece with Powerade and my dad ordered a Double Quarter Pounder extra onions only ketchup and a medium regular tea. Now my dad is hard of hearing but I'm not and he spoke a little loud but clearly to the lady taking our order. Now as a person who has worked for McDonald's I know sometimes it's hard to hear the drive-thru. We got to the window and both on the screen and what she repeated to us was fine. We get to the second window the lady handed my father a large iced tea my dad said no we ordered all mediums so the lady took it back. She then opened the window again and said so you ordered all mediums and she said this with attitude. My dad again said yes we ordered everything all mediums after 5 minutes or so a manager opens the window to hand my father are meal and our two medium drinks and a chocolate milk. My dad turned around and said no I didn't ask for a chocolate milk I asked for a regular milk. The lady said you don't need to shout at me sir here you go and slammed the window. I get that at around 11:30 it's the start of lunch rush but you do not need to be rude. Upon coming home and opening our meal my 10 piece was in a 6-piece container and a four piece container. My daughter's Happy Meal did not have apple slices like it normally does. And oh they no longer make toddler toys. And my dad's quarter pounder with extra onions had no onions and extra Patty and pickles nothing else. So whoever is at the pickup window at around 11:30 today you need to step up your game and you need to relook at the screen. Because it's pretty ridiculous that there were six different mistakes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to get three Happy Meals there was not a single car in line! I was able to pull right up to the speaker and place my order. As I rounded the corner of the building there was one vehicle in front of me. I waited my turn to make my payment, pull to the next window and then was asked to pull around to the front of the store. However, the vehicle that had been in front of me had not fully exited the drive-thru due to them being asked to pull around to the front of the store along with what turned out to be four other vehicles. While we are all sitting there waiting they come out with a container carrying many people's orders. Handing them out at random and rummaging through the bags to determine what the orders are. Came to me and asked me if I had two happy meals that I said no I have three. Precedes to hand me the two when I asked him if they were correct and he opened them and check them and said they were mine and he would be back out with a third. Comes out with my third meal and I leave. The third meal he brought out had no french fries. On one of the other orders which had very detailed orders did you not include the sides and made the sandwich wrong. They successfully were able to pack one out of three Happy Meals. Three happy meals that I had to wait about 10 minutes for. The vehicles that were in front of me I could tell we're dealing with similar frustrations as one of the drivers had to get out of their vehicle and let them know they forgot to put the chicken nuggets in their Happy Meal. The fact that the worker open them all in front of me and said they were right led me to believe at least all of my items would be in the Happy Meal boxes. I should have known better than...

Update: lobby closed again on Friday⦠I took a marginal Doordash order, only because it took me close to home⦠the pay was minimal. After waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes, I got a text from the customer saying I was the āthird driverā on the order (obviously the other drivers saw the long line, closed lobby, low pay⦠and cancelled the order). At the same time, Doordash support called me and asked if I was delivering the order⦠I said yes and had to hurry them off the phone so I could get the order to the customer and inform them I was on the way. When I arrived, the customer blamed me personally for her inconvenience, and took it out on me with a scathing review on the Doordash platform of my bad service! I mistakenly tried to explain to her the problem with McDonaldās and the marginal pay causing driver cancellations⦠but she was clearly angry at the situation, slammed the door in my faceā¦. and I was the handy scapegoat⦠Lesson learned: DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FROM THIS McDonaldās. DO NOT ACCEPT MARGINAL ORDERS, the customers for these orders are generally ignorant of the delivery driverās role and often feel entitled to their concept of āperfectā service⦠and will BLAME THE DELIVERY DRIVER if perfection is...
