Heard there was new proprietors. First couple of times the food and service was OK. Ordered 2 different meals! The shrimp dinner was fine, though a bit smelly! The second “Triple Delight” , the chicken was badly tainted and the beef was unyielding! Stringy with fat! Upon returning the one meal that was bad! The lady went ballistic, screaming, and hollering, making false accusations! Screaming you go! You go! Slamming her finger on a pinned up receipt saying, five times! Over and over again! Total diversion from a simple return of bad food! Another customer and I looked on with amazement! All this noise for one sentence! “ Excuse me, please, but the chicken seems to be tainted”! Service is actually a 0 score, but 1 is the lowest. I waited my turn in line to order for 12 minutes. As she came out of the kitchen with an order and to take my order, I grabbed a drink out of the cooler, a s.o.b. came in the store and stepped behind me to the counter. I (and the other customers advised him that I was next to order. The order-taker shrugged her shoulders at me and started taking his order! Massive portion sizes, but the food isn't super great -- below-average for most takeout, I'd say. I got the Hunan Tofu, which was both spongy and dry without much flavor, and the vegetable fried rice, which was decent. Adding chili oil to both definitely improved them.
