Overall: 9.5/10. Weird bathroom, but excellent food and just the type of place I like (good food, no frills).
Food: 10/10, we had calamari and pho (split 1 portion between 2 people). The calamari was perfect, not overcooked or rubbery, and the pho was refreshing and delicious. Just a love letter to beef (we got the beef and brisket). It came with all the expected toppings (basil, bean sprouts, lime, jalapeno). I had no complaints about portions or quality. I also had a That tea that was incredible, not overly sweet, but perfectly balanced.
Service: 10/10. My friend and I weren't terribly hungry, so we asked for one pho, split between the two of us. They brought it out already split for us in two bowls. The food came out quickly and we weren't bothered during the meal, which I love.
Bathrooms: 8/10, very interesting lighting (blue light in the front, purple and green in each stall), but I will say that I appreciate bathrooms that have fully enclosed stalls (top and bottom) and paper towels. Hard to say about the cleanliness because it was a little hard to see, but overall, it wasn't bad, just odd.
Overall: I liked the ambience, there's outdoor seating and a bar, and the pho was lovely. We came after watching a movie at the Harkins nearby, and then went to take a walk at the Arrowhead mall afterward; this was a great way to spend the day. It's in a great location and I'm looking forward to trying every kind of...
Read moreOverall pleasant experience. Probably one of the quietest places to eat on P83 and I mean that in a good way. Most restaurants in P83 have a 45+ minute wait for a table but here you can walk right in and sit just about anywhere you want. I had seafood pho and my daughter the teriyaki chicken. Pho is what is it is. It's tasty if you know how to make it's tasty so all I can say was the soup was hot and the standard assortment of condiments and sauces were available. I thought the teriyaki chicken was lacking. It was certainly presentable and good portions for the price but when I tried it for my daughter it's just bland. Slices of chicken breast not marinated or seasoned well, pan fried till crispy and lightly drizzled with a kind of teriyaki sauce. The sauce was the only flavor carrying the dish aside from the taste of cooking oil.
Staff hospitaly was great. Very chill. They met our requests and they checked up on us. Restaurant is clean and modern looking. Lights were pretty dim for some reason but that didn't spoil the experience. I only do pho for my wife and daughter. Should they crave it again I wouldn't mind paying this restaurant...
Read moreWent hear after my nephews hockey game which was in the same parking lot as the arena berry convenient! I think if you're used to eating this kind of food it's easy for you to pick something out but it's a little overwhelming when you haven't, I had no trouble picking up my dish because there were only two options for vegetarians like myself I g!ot tofu lemongrass dish analyte sauce it was so delicious! they have different sauces that you can use on your dishes as well 😊 so you can make your dish to your liking! Their dishes are very fresh lined with freshly cut lettuce and cucumbers, the lighting is gorgeous and makes for a chill environment! The staff was very nice! One bad thing I can say is the smell of the fabulosocleaner was a little strong when I walked in and I'm super sensitive so wish they would dilute that stuff a little more! Other than that I will definitely go back again, if you feel like trying something different and comfortable and friendly environment, then this is the place to go! Oh and don't forget to try their shakes they're so beautifully...
