The managers at this location are verbally , mentally , abusive to there employees on my 18 yr old daughters 3rd day she accidentally got a drink during her break using apparently one of there inventory paper cups , due to the fact there were no employee approved cups stocked in the apparently appropriate place they were supposed to be , so the supervising manager walked past her in the break room and saw she was using a cup not approved for employees asked her who told her she could use the cup , she didn't understand there were employee approved cups , so she just used one of the smallest cups that were available in the area so she could have a drink on her break after working ......and needing a drink!!!! So he wrote her up , brought up,the surveillance footage of her getting the cup and told her that was considered theft and why did she lie and say she didn't know she was not allowed to use the cup , told her theft was open terms for termination , but he was not going to terminate her but just document that she had a write up for theft , for there inventory purposes , all while she was humiliated and in tears. But not once being concerned about why the place he's managing didnt have any employee cups available for the emplyees to use ,there were no employee approved cups in the area for my daughter to use so instead of him verbally and mentally and physically due to abuse of her physical well-being of needing a drink during her break after working!!!! Why was he not more concerned there were no cups availabe for his emplyees to be able to get a drink on there break since that's usually helpful after someones been walking through movie theaters up and down stairs sweeping them out they usually need a drink!!!! And how are you going to treat a emplyee who's been there for 3days like that over a accident of using 1 wrong paper cup absolutely ridiculous, I dont know if it was a racist issue a gender issue but no one should ever be treated like that ever thats traumatizing, humiliation and abuse no one should be treated like that ever how dare you call my daugher a thief and a liar over a 1 paper cup and having no consideration for her feelings when she was crying thats evil and abusive and toxic and I hope no other employees accept being treated like that , there needs to be major changes...

My daughter and I were there to see the 330 showing of karate kid legends Today. We had previously bought our popcorn and drinks when we bought our tickets. As both of us were unaware, we stood in a regular line for quite some time waiting to be waited on. Once waited upon, we were informed very rudely. I might add by the young lady behind the counter that we should not pick up our online order there we had to go down to the mobile pick up line at the other end of of all of the lines. I asked why she could not take care of us after we waited in line for quite some time. She said she could not do it there and turned her back on us. My daughter, and I then went down to the recommended line where the young lady which took care of us. Rudely spoke to us telling us that sheโll do us a favor since we didnโt call in our order and get an order number for pick up and went to pick it up and then argued with us about the size differential with what we had purchased versus what we were provided I also must mention the lack of cleanliness behind the counter. Popcorn was all over the floor, not just a little, but totally over the floors, both sides of the various popcorn bins up and down the entirety of the condiment section Further none of the people getting drinks as well as our popcorn, candy, etc. were wearing plastic over their hands opening and closing and shaking inside of the popcorn bins themselves, let alone the shaking and the pushing in of the popcorn in the bags. I was appalled to say the least Upon reaching our seats I was disheartened to find popcorn from the previous occupant left behind on either side of my seat. fortunately the movie itself was exceptionally entertaining, and I recommended to anyone and to everyone but just not at...
ย ย ย Read moreMy wife and I are avid Harkins visitors. We love the popcorn and the nachos. We have been to this theater twice in the past two weeks. Unfortunately, Harkins has made some changes. They no longer provide the popcorn seasonings, the oil/butter now has no flavor, they will no longer provide the drink carriers, (we used them to split the popcorn, and they no longer give you a hotdog wrapper so the grease from the popcorn wonโt soak through to your clothes. We visited on Sunday June 26, ordered our usual popcorn and refill soda. I went to the condiment table to prepare my popcorn, only to find out they no longer have salt! I went back to the counter and asked for a salt packet. I was told they donโt have them. She then offered me โpopcornโ salt, which I accepted. When I got to my seat, I heard the couple next to us venting about no salt! He went to the counter and was told no. I donโt know if they are having supply chain issues, but honestly I donโt care. The manager could have gone to Costco, and for about $20 bought a few thousand packets of salt. They must have a new manager and that person clearly doesnโt care about the customer. He clearly cares more about the revenue and profit, which is most likely what the person receives bonus for. Really disappointing to see this once remarkable chain, go down so quickly. By the way, the place was packed with people, so no excuses. The seats are nice, but their online seating chart doesnโt tell the entire story. We went to Top Gun, sat in row G, and the first two rows of the upper section showed as sold. No one ever came in...
