The manager on duty last night provided the worst customer service EVER!!! And on top of that he made it seem as if it was my fault that he sucks at properly interacting with a customer. I placed an order for delivery that totalled $53 and received a call AFTER the money was taken from my bank account stating that I can't receive my food unless I came to get it because they do not deliver to my address after 9. I informed the so-called manager that I've always ordered late and never had a problem. He told me that it's been that way for 2 years and he's been with them for 1 year. I inform him once again that I've never had this problem but at this point my bank account has been charged for the cost of the food and the delivery charge so they need to deliver my food. He told me that it was nothing he was going to do about it and that I needed to come in even though I've paid and extra fee for delivery ORRRRRRRR I can wait 2 days for a refund to process. Of course I got upset at this time. My money should've been left in my account if Pizza Hut was not willing to offer the service requested. At this point I'm getting upset. He purposely disconnected the call while I was talking to him because he obviously thought I had no right to be upset or use the word hell while speaking to him. I admit I used much worse language when I saw him face to face to demand a cash refund. During the conversation he spoke in another language in order to say whatever he wanted to me but not be held accountable because no one else understood. He then said in front of the rest of the staff that he hung up in my face because I was cursing him out which was not true, it was just a way to cover his ass. I got the potty mouth syndrome after he was rude and uncaring about the situation. He was very confident in the fact that nothing will happen to him when I contact corporate which leads me to believe that he gets away with this on a regular. Way to go Pizza Hut. Read moreI work at Bradley University and am a regular customer of this location. Once a week, my husband places an order for a hut box the night before, and brings it to me at work so we can meet for lunch. Today, and the last hut box were messed up. I always ask for light sauce. I believe the problem to be an employee by the name of DeMarcus. When my husband placed the future order last night, he was asked if he wanted to repeat. He asked could the order be read back. It was. Light sauce was not noted on the order. He asked DeMarcus to please fix the order to reflect light sauce. Demarcus went to put this in special instructions. My husband politely told him that he just needs to choose the “light” option under sauce. He snapped at my husband and said he knows, but still didn’t do it. My husband picked up the order today, and Demarcus was still snapping and rude. The sauce is so thick it’s coming over the cheese. If he’s snapping on customers, I can only imagine the hostile work environment he is also creating. I attached pictures of the sauce. DO BETTER! Our Bradley students are back, I’m sure one of them could use a job. Something needs done about this egregious refusal to properly input and handle an order. Employee told me he hadn’t seen it so it must be out for delivery. I called again at 10:45pm and he asked me to “hold on” and he came back and said his GM voided it because she personally came to my apt complex to deliver the pizza and tried to call me but I have my full phone records and nobody tried to call me. He then said I would have to replace it and come pick it up because it’s after delivery hours. So I replaced my order and showed up and there was multiple people there waiting and no one had been helped yet. And the employees were all on their phones except for one of them who was yelling at the other ones to “start cutting pizzas” waited 15 mins and nobody even acknowledged us so I placed an order elsewhere.
