Worst experience EVER! Read the reviews left by customers, all of them say the same thing. Horrible customer service, 1.5 hr wait time for delivery, it WILL BE COLD when it gets to you. My wife called to tell them they forgot the meatballs with the diners we ordered, only to have "Ben", the employee tell her it wasn't their fault and that we didn't pay for them anyway. Keep in mind while calling I checked our CC, and guess what we were charged for? Meatballs. Ben proceeds to tell my wife she's condescending and should "watch her tone"?! I grabbed the phone and told Ben I was looking at the charge on my card and I wanted my meatballs delivered. Ben told me I could come get them and we could "handle my attitude in the parking lot". Real classy. But, sadly for Ben, I was already headed to the car after the way this guy talked to my wife. Rosati's, like me, are from the east coast, and we do things a certain way back home. Fidel, the alleged owner got on the phone and told me he didn't want trouble and promised to make it right. I'm going Monday morning to get my money back, all of it, like Fidel promised. If it doesn't happen, this address will get a lot of attention they weren't planning on. I'll SERP link this addy to something worse than blue waffles, watch me Ben. My advice to you, the consumer, don't do it, order elsewhere.

Read moreThis is the second time in six months that I’ve ordered from this location. The first time A friend brought it for lunch and it wasn’t good. It was the original crust it was soggy, and the flavor was just off. But I wanted to give them another chance because everybody has an off day, and I lived in Scottsdale and used to order this pizza all the time and it was delicious.
I placed my order around11:30 for a 12:00 pickup with a not so friendly woman. When I got there I walked into a rather disorganized pick up station. They are definitely not giving off a clean and sanitary vibe. There was no one at the counter and a voice from the back said I’ll be out in a minute. I waited a few minutes and here she comes… Chewing food. Long hair in a messy bun loosely hanging around her face. No hairnet, no hat, no apron she too, was disheveled.
Six minutes later I’m home and The pizza is cold. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised, the box is smudged with dirty fingerprints, pizza sauce, and grease. It’s just kind of par for the course. Another disappointing pizza. It was absolutely smothered in a thick layer of sauce. The dough was wet underneath, and the cardboard was sticking to the crust. It was gross. Read moreGot a groupon & had to use it for dining in... we get delivery from here all the time for their pizza, which is delish! Service is awful, waited forever for a drink refill. The thermostat says its 85 in their dining area and it feels like it. Got a chicago dog today, was alright.. a bit cold for the 20 minute wait we had. Husband had "the peoria cheef" which looked good but he said it was so dry & didn't come any sauce. And the little things: 1) had to steal 3 bottles of ketchup from the neighboring tables and we still barely had enough, when I told the waitress she replied with, "oh I know, they're all empty.. haha" really? If you knew, why wouldn't you get it for us? 2) no music, felt so weird only hearing the rattling of their barely working AC. We will never dine-in again. 3) there is no decor in the dining area, so that was easy to rate.
UPDATE:: (6-5-16) Went to their website and filled out info to have the stores coupons sent to my email. I received it and attempted to use one the following day. It was for 2-16in cheese pizzas for $19.99. The owner denied ever putting out "such a coupon" and would NOT accept it. We went elsewhere and will not be returning. Yelp reviewers say their pizza has gone down hill with the service so I may have lucked out in the end. Such horrible...
