Starbucks — Restaurant in Peoria

Our cashier was great! She was lovely and sweet, very persistent. The girl making the drinks... she was the opposite. Very VERY rude... my friend and I did not get the good vibes we usually get from our baristas! BOTH of our drinks were wrong so we asked to get a new one correctly! She was very irritated with the fact she had made it wrong! She proceeded to give us new drinks but this time the drink was even more off than what we had gotten the first time!! And when grabbing my drink she tossed SEVERAL straws at the counter, angrily and annoyed, when in reality she only needed to hand me ONE! Truly disappointed with the way we were treated...

I love Starbucks and I have never experienced such horrible costumer service from a person! V, the girl helping me, was rude and acted irritated while she pumped my coffee into the cup. I rarely get a Frappuccino but my husb and I just went grocery shopping and I was famished and a Strawberry Creme Frap really sounded refreshing 😋 I got a small but it was top notch 👌 satisfied my food craving and helped me over till dinner late in evening.
