Today was the worst experience I've ever had at ANY subway. I've never been more embarrassed over a cup of water, I don't think anyone should be denied even if I didn't purchase anything. I bought a sandwich and chips for over $7 and when I asked "Janay" (she didn't have a name tag but did have red hair) for a cup of water she said no because the manager wouldn't allow it. Then tells me it's not her fault I didn't have enough money to buy a drink. I was so embarrassed so I decided to call someone but while I'm on the phone she says to her employee in front of customers mind you.. "I DON'T KNOW WHY HE'S CALLING THE MANAGER, HE STILL AIN'T GETTING ANY WATER".. I just wanted a courtesy cup of water and didn't think I had to buy a whole fountain drink to get it, this girl was coughing in her hands at the register and not washing them in between orders, then with her gloves on touches her phone in her pocket while taking the sandwich out of the oven to proceed adding veggies with the same gloves,I advise management check the camera. I didn't know what her problem was but I did nothing to deserve the attitude and disrespect from her at all. Zero customer service and didn't even practice personal hygiene. She told me Asia is the name of the manager so maybe she is responsible for leaving this person in charge but someone has to correct her on these things. Simple courtesy if someone asked for water just give them water not a whole attitude because your store is out of Turkey, pepperoni, lettuce, and God knows what else.    Read moreDo not order online from this location for any reason. Last week I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker for our lunch break. When I arrived I was told that they could not make my food and then that they could not give me a refund because they don't know how. I had to go to Walmart's customer service to get helping getting one of the employees to call the manager and then she just screamed at me across the counter over this girl's speaker phone. I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A REFUND. I'm having to contest the charges with my bank, which is absolutely ridiculous, and I lost my entire lunch hour trying to just get my money back for food that I didn't receive. I'm only at this location once a week and no I cannot drive across town just to deal with this because you refuse to properly train your employees - who didn't even take my contact information because they were too busy sitting in the back playing on their phones. I don't need to be standing there for you to issue a refund. This location needs some serious help or they should just close it. I can't believe I'm still dealing with this...
   Read moreThe first guy who took my order was good the second guy however when I asked for one of the tables to be wiped after walking around trying to find a clean one he came to wipe my table with dry brown napkin I asked him to do it correctly with a cleaning sanitized towel he said they didnât have one which is a lie because I come here every month and the tables are never clean and I always ask them to wipe them and the other workers never had a problem making sure we got a clean table but he feel like he should stand around and do nothing for whatever odd reason he also asked me âdo you think Iâm supposed to wipe down tables all dayâ I said yes itâs a part of your job sir thatâs what comes with this industry Iâve worked fast food for a long time he told me he donât have it over and over and then rather give me a refund than to take 2 minutes to get a clean towel and wipe the table down I had to go get a clean sanitized towel from the deli in Walmart to clean the table myself.
