100$ worth of pastries!! What a joke. Everything was STALE. Disgusting bakery. Sorry but it’s the truth. If you want customers talking good about you, make some fresh pastries. Stop selling stale garbage. We threw it all away. Nobody liked any of it. Terrible excuse for a bakery. Maybe people don’t know what they’re doing with baked goods in Pompton plains but we are from Edgewater and the bakeries down here are outrageously delicious. How dare you sell top dollar baked goods that are stale and tasteless. We were embarrassed to have brought it. Woulda been better to get Dunkin doughnuts. Literally disgusting! Here is a suggestion for you which should be taken into immediate consideration. Throw all of your garbage out your trying to sell and have less but fresh product. Or close up your shop and stop wasting peoples time and money! Francesca‘s bakery you should be ashamed of yourself serving that garbage...

Stopped by their stand at the Union Square Farmer's Market. I came around 10am, which is still pretty early. I got 4 of their apple cider donuts, which were hard, dry, and tasted like they were days old. I threw the entire bag out. I also got a bag of their oatmeal cookies which were...interesting. This place sells a lot of stale pastries, nothing here is ever fresh! The times I purchased the coffee soda or the kombucha it was atleast expired 1 year ago and tasted old. I have tried to give this place a chance a few times but always ended up regretting it. However. the cashier is very sweet and patient and seems to be the only one always working there.
