Gross!!! And board of health should be called just for a Check in at the very least to confirm that all the brown dirty water being used to wash everything and the bathroom faucet water to wash hands! and toilet water- that the brown water is ok and not dangerous. That’s just the beginning.. There was so much more that happened and took place but let me at least just say this… like I can’t even wrap my head around this disturbing disgusting situation they put me through and over a smoothie. First off, They advertise themselves as a “healthy smoothie and nutrition shop,” but that’s laughable. The ingredients in their protein powders and grab-and-go items are anything but healthy. Total false advertising. Absolutely awful. The menu is misleading bc APPARENTLY when you go into the shop it’s in total opposite and very different even when you spend well over 5 minutes with one of the employees over the phone going over everything and he told me what to get suggested the combo so I already knew what Exactly I was getting until it became time to pay. Then of course that when they tried to way over charge me thinking I wouldn’t notice… And then, even tried to up, charge me on the first up charge tried to up charge for a second time!!! Like get outta here. If this is how you do business then you should probably start packing… The service is disgraceful, and the owner is unbelievably rude. I called ahead about a smoothie and explained I needed vegan protein due to an allergy—was told no problem, no extra charge. Got there, and suddenly it’s a “specialty item” with a surprise price hike. They Kept calling the item that is forefront and center on their menu both online and in the store, they kept calling it a specialty item because they had to put a scoop of vegan protein powder instead of soy protein powder… What a joke nothing specialty about that and then went from what I discussed over the phone with guy, went from $11.95 (the combo he told me to get, knowing I can’t have soy, Only vegan) jumped to $19.00 for the combo. When I questioned it, three staff members (including the guy I spoke to!) ganged up on me, raised their voices, and treated me like I was the issue. They completely lost it over what they themselves told me to order. No professionalism, no hygiene, no clue how to run a business. I left without buying anything obviously why would I after that. As I walked out, they were screaming and yelling “BYEEEE” and waved their arms like scary unsettling lunatics. This place is a mess. False advertising, health concerns, and zero professionalism. Never again. Board of health should seriously check this place out. This place is not healthy, not honest, and no longer felt safe inside this place with the three of them coming at me with their out of control scary unheard of craziness and yelling screaming talking over even each other and me included all for a smoothie. Absolutely Amazing Experience My New Go To Smoothie Spot!

I had such a fantastic experience here, I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. The vibe inside the shop is clean, fresh, and inviting exactly what you’d expect from a place that markets itself as a health and nutrition-focused smoothie bar.

The smoothie itself was absolutely delicious! You could taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. It was perfectly blended, satisfying, and energizing. The combo I got (smoothie + protein bite) was reasonably priced and exactly what I needed for a post workout pick me up. I also really appreciated the transparency about ingredients and the clear labeling, especially for those with allergies or dietary preferences.

Great service from the owner, plenty of choices on the menu. I had the snickers smoothie and really enjoyed it. It packs a lot of flavor for only 200 calls and 9g sugar. Brought my daughter by 20 minutes later and she ended up loving the oreo smoothie.

Very hard to find smoothies that don't have 30g+ sugar. Coming back again to try the donuts and energy drinks.
