McDonald's — Restaurant in Perkins Township

Atrocious. So rude and disrespectful as others have indicated. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I had my family with me after Cedar Point heading out. Ordered at the drive through. Teenager was polite but did not give us a receipt, but we had the order number on the food. They missed a cheeseburger on our order. No big deal. My son walks up to dining room with order slip and explains the issue. The woman claiming to be a manager tells him he can’t have another one. My son exits to obtain my assistance at the outside dining table. I walk back to dining and the “manager” woman (black female) has now locked the door. Finally she comes out, I explain the situation and she’s tells me I “need to go to the drive through and pay for a new one”. I said they messed up our order we saw it in the digital drive through and the boy repeated it to us verbally, she said I must not have read it. I said are you accusing me of messing the order up? It’s a $2 hamburger, you guys messed up, can we please get the burger we ordered. She says no. I say your not even going to apologize? She says, “hell no, I “Axed” you if you read the order screen” which made no sense what so ever. A minute later a more articulate “manager” comes out claiming to be a “co manager” and apologizes and tells us to go buy another one. Unreal. I said, you think I’m trying to steal a $2 hamburger while I drive up in my $65k truck? Anyhow, the idiocy of “co-manager” employees was humorously explained in their well kept (sarcastic), welcome McDonald’s sign. 😂See picture. And stay away. It was a filthy dilapidated property as well. Ray Croc is rolling in his grave at this location’s miserable representation of the McDonalds brand. For upper McDonalds management, this occurred September 6, 2021 at 6:15pm. Your records will indicate who the women claiming to be “co-managers” were. The level of professionalism and lack of training lead me to believe they were not managers and have not been to Hamburger University oakbrook. P.S. you owe me a cheeseburger...

This was the worst McD's I have ever been to. We ordered in the drivethrough, 7 sandwiches, 4 fries, 4 drinks. Payed at first window and pulled to the second. We received our drinks and were asked to pull forward. We did so and waited....and waited.............and waited. After the 8th car behind me was served and pulled away. I looked at my receipt to see what time we had ordered. The time stamp on our receipt said 10:29 p.m.. It was now 10:57p.m.. I went in to see what the hold up was. I stood at the counter for an additional 5-6 minutes without even being acknowledged. After finally getting the managers attention. I explained that I had been waiting outside for nearly 20 minutes and hadn't received our order. She looked at me and RUDELY said, Yeah!!...we're working on it!!". After a few more minutes I finally received a bag of 4 orders of fries from a seemingly very imbarressed server and was told they were working on our sandwiches. Waited again for another 5-6 minutes. Still no sandwiches......grrrr!!! Asked same seemingly imbarressed server where my sandwiches were. She went to the manager to ask what was going on. She told me that the manager said that I had already recieved all of my food. So at that point I had had enough, handed back my bag of now cold fries and demanded my money back. We pulled out of their driveway at 11:22p.m. without anything but empty stomachs and "hangry" tired people. P.S... The servers seemed more apt and qualified to run the...

Have to wait until 7 am so everybody working here can wake up and actually get to work. Meanwhile the rest of us been up for hours. 😭🤣

Ordered a coffee with cream and sugar, they literally gave me black coffee. Wouldn't open the doors to the dining room because it was too early for them to work, meanwhile every other McDonald's is open. Had to do a u-turn and wait in the drive thru for a half hour because they're so incompetent they can't handle their busy periods at all. After a half hour of waiting my coffee was cold AF. Told them they didn't get my order right, this lady tried handing me cream and sugar. I'm like no, you forgot the hot coffee. Lady tried telling me she gave me my coffee. I'm like you did, but not one with cream and sugar. Gimme me hot coffee. I ain't waiting in line for a half hour with a cold coffee for you to throw condiments at me. The lady looked like she wanted to argue, turned around and tried pouring me a small coffee; I ordered a medium. She tried handing it to me; I'm like nah, make it a medium. She was grumbling about it but finally did her job.

Needless to say 🤣🤣🤣 we are never going to this ghetto McDonald's ever again, it's literally worth the trip to the 101 franchise to be served by actual humans with actual self respect and...
