I consistently have problems with food quality at this location and I very rarely if ever complain. But I am fed up I've had it with this franchise wasting my hard-earned money on food that isnt even edible! I went through the drive-thru at 10:01pm 4/6/2024. I ordered 4 burgers and 2 large fries, Order # 4684613957924
When I was given my order the fries were not included.
Not a big deal until I tried to park my car and go to the front door to ask them to simply just hand me my fries as there were about 5 cars in the drive-thru line and there was no way I was going to waste my time waiting in line a second time for their incompetency.
When I approached the door I noticed a woman standing there trying to get their attention because she was having the same problem.
I knocked on the door multiple times and had the employee Adam make eye contact with me multiple times only to ignore me. After I persisted Adam came to the door and told me through the glass that I had to get back in the drive-thru line and wait behind 5 - 6 cars to get the fries that HE forgot. When I explained that was very inconvenient for me and that he could easily just hand me the fries as we were speaking he just shrugged at me like it wasn't his problem.
The woman standing next to me saw the exchange and got very frustrated got in her car and left. I proceeded to get back in line and wait over 10-15 minutes to get my fries. When I finally reached the window I asked to speak to the manager in duty Melissa. Who was very dismissive and didnt offer me any sort of coupon or voucher for wasting my time.
When I was finally given my fries THEY WERE COLD, NOT EVEN FRESH.
Not to mention by the time all of tuis was said and done my burgers were also cold! I paid $25.80 for food that was barely even edible because of a mistake made by CARLS JR. and im not ok with my hard earned money being wasted by incompetency. You guys are getting paid over $20 per hour and you can't even get an order of fries correct? Give me a break man you really think you deserve it? Read moreI usually don't complain but my issue was that I asked the young lady Jessica at the drive-thru to please add a large cherry coke to my order because I forgot to order it at the speaker. And I quote "Sorry I can't add the soda because we have a big line behind you, sorry" so I asked again she replied the same thing again. She never offered to upgrade to a combo maybe because that type of chicken sandwich they dont offer combos? i got no napkins in my bag. If she would of offered a combo or an add-on I would have remembered to order a soda, she was really polite never rude and I was the same way towards her. I think it was a missed opportunity to upsale a customer. Her explanation to me that she couldn't add the soda to my order could've taken the same amount of time to fill up a cup. Keep in mind she still hadn't charge me for my original order. My question is to you, if they deny to add a soda that takes no time to make, how many times does that store deny add-ons? I did get upset that I still had to go to the nearest gas station to order a soda because Carl's jr representative thought adding a soda to a customer was going to hold up the line. Read moreFirst I review is being posted late. My experience at this Carl’s Jr. was supreme. I had the pleasure on working with a manager by the name of Melissa . I believe she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct because I’ve had so many mess ups on orders. She greeted me with a smile. She was very polite. She was outgoing. I did have to part for my order and she apologized for the time the experience with her was just wonderful. My food was fresh. It was as I ordered perfectly. I just want to give kudos to Melissa and the crew that was working the day that I came through the drive-through. Thank you so much Carl’s Jr. for employee and employee manager like Melissa . I truly wish all of your Carl’s Jr.‘s were like this one here I have had the experience At other Carl’s Jr.‘s, that was horrible from customer service to the restaurant itself.
