El encanto bakery — Restaurant in Perris

Today I was out getting dinner at a nearby restaurant. I looked around and noticed a new panaderia. I decided to turn around to see what they offered, to my surprise the prices were good and the quality looked great. They had all sorts of varieties along with some specialty breads. I got my kids some gansito conchas which looked delicious! I can't wait to taste the ones I got for myself in the morning with some cafecito. The owner gave some information of their cakes and how they do custom ones upon request. I asked about different baked good and he explained what they were made of. I bought a few varieties and all of them where good. Home baked. Fresh, even after a few days. They have good bread but they are extremely unprofessional!! I placed an order of mini Conchitas that I was going to take to a baby shower and when I went to pick them up they said they forgot to put the order and there was nothing they could do but to give me a refund. What kind of serious business forgets to place a prepaid order??? Definitely...
