Crepes N Cravings — Restaurant in Perris

We've been to Crepes N Cravings on more than 1 occasion. Everything we've ever tried has always been good. But, they are lacking in the customer service. There was a gentleman and a lady making the orders when we went. Another person had to be called to come help because they were so busy. There must have been 3 groups of people before us. Obviously, they were busy, and we had no problem waiting. 2 people in our party ordered first, and the guy didn't take their order correctly. When it was my turn to order, I had to make a call to someone to ask what else they wanted because they weren't able to make what she had requested. The guy walked away mid order and didn't come back to complete my order. When the girl walked to the register to hand off a completed order, she asked if I had been helped. She had to complete my order because he had just walked away. The 2 employees either don't get along or they have terrible communication skills. You can just see in their facial expressions that they don't work well together. Also, I don't have anything against people wearing earphones at work. But, if you are taking orders, you might not want to wear them, so you can actually hear what people are requesting. The guy took my brothers order wrong, and some of my orders were wrong as well. We didn't complain while there. We knew they were busy, but it is annoying that they don't take the orders correctly, which is probably because they have the earphones on. The lack of good customer service is something we often experience here. There used to be a guy in his 30s who was working here and had great customer service, but I am not sure if he still works there or not. Too bad I can't remember his name to post it. Overall, the food and desserts are great. Just don't expect too much from their customer service. I'd give 5 stars if their customer...

The guy (with the strong cologne) "claimed" everything is made of 100% fruit (like the smoothies etc) not from powder. I ddnt ask, he just brought it up. Then when he went to make my smoothie, I noticed he put some kind of powder in my drink. I walked towards the end of the room & what do you know, he already started blending the powder to make my smoothie. I also looked up to the top shelf & I see 2 big containers of instant coffee. Smh. Tasted my coffee & sure enough, it's not brewed. Then when I got to my crepe, the fruits were warm. Not warm from the crepe but warm like it's been sitting out & not refrigerated. & alot of the fruit in it ( like the mango) were canned fruits. Very disappointed in this gimmick crepe shop. Seems as if they have this very pretty menu that all have been photoshopped from the internet smh. Oh + another thing, he was the only worker. You cannot be the cashier & make the food....

This place is very good and well priced. We had their crepes and tried several of their drinks, both hot and cold. The crepes were very well priced and tasted delicious. The owner is a really nice guy. One of my crepes was a bit overcooked as he was trying to multitask making our food and drinks all at once by himself, and he knew it and without us asking he made me a new one and brought it to the table and apologized that the 1st one was a bit overcooked.
