Had to bring my order back 3 times in the past 7days for it being incorrect which is very inconvenient when you are on the go. If i ask for grilled thats what i expect. I shouldn't have to check behind you but I do for this very reason. I also ordered a meal and when I pulled off I noticed my medium fry only had a very small amount of fries in the box I debated on turning around because i had places to be but hey with prices rising atleast give me my full meal. I went inside showed the young fella my fries. Like I told him i didn't touch not one fry out of this box .I heard the manager whisper 2 him I didn't send those out like that. I was very offended because I may be alot of things but a liar and a cheat isn't one of them. I didn't even say anything about the chicken tenders which were either fried in burnt grease or old.either way they weren't presentable. I don't like the vibe at this one. Read moreThis was my first time at a Chick-fil-a. First, the staff were visible outside in 97 degrees taking orders with a smile and respect. They were helpful when we ordered and were able to answer every question we had. We got the peach shake, chicken sandwich, and chicken strips dinner. We easily substituted Mac and Cheese instead of fries. The shake was crazy good...OMG if you haven't had one, order one. The only comment I'd add is that they need a wider straw to fit the peach pieces through. The food was very good and filling. We don't eat a lot of fast food, so this experience ranked exceptionally well with us and we are more likely to repeat it again while traveling. We walked in and a staff member, who acted like a hostess, asked us if everything was good and helped us by guiding us where to go to dispose of the trash and use the facilities. The facility was clean and organlzed. The bathrooms were also clean with toilet paper. The drive through personnel were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see some of the ratings here. Disappointed in Chick-fil-A’s Service & Accountability
I placed a Mobile Thru order for four sandwich meals, but when I got home, I realized one sandwich was missing. That’s on me for not checking the bag—but mistakes happen, and I expected better follow-through from Chick-fil-A.
I drove 30 minutes round trip to correct the issue. The operator wasn’t available, but someone else gave me the missing sandwich and two meal redemption cards to make up for the inconvenience. Fair enough—until I tried to use them.
Both cards were already redeemed—one back in August 2024 and the other in November 2024. Not only did I waste an hour of my day over a fulfillment error, but the “apology” they gave me turned out to be completely invalid.
I called Chick-fil-A support and lodged a formal complaint. They confirmed the cards were used months ago. No real resolution offered.
This was a bad experience from a brand I’ve always trusted. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this was a major letdown.
