Burger King — Restaurant in Perry

02/21/22 went thru the drive thru before 10pm ordered. When arrived at the window ask for the employee to repeat my order. Was wrong so I called it out and she repeated it back to cook. Was ask to pull up to wait for our food. 4 meals. Was asked to check it before I left did and still wrong then the employee who brought it out to us advised she needed to give me a refund because everything was shut off. She shrugged her shoulders as if she was doing what they were telling her inside. Then she advised she was the manager, due to her reaction on making decisions I would of never thought she be a leader. Somebody else inside was making them decisions. The employees inside where telling her I had to get a fund. A leader always makes her customers happy. Especially if y’all were not even close to ur time to closing 11:30 drive thru is what is advised on website. They should of never took my order if that was the case. When I seen the receipt I asked the employee before pulling up and she assured me it will be correct. 12hr shift did not get to eat when I do I am told u can’t fix ur mistake after being told 3 times. I HAAAAAAAATE THIS LOCATION! Smh I don't even leave reviews unless I'm just fed up. Needless to say, I'm sick of this location and they just need to get rid of everybody and start from scratch. I love Burger King's stacker Sauce in general so I have a taste for Burger King quite a lot. Most times I roll my eyes and choose to eat elsewhere simply because this location is trash. But I give them a chance every now and then since I don't want to drive 20+ mins to the next nearest location. There is something wrong with my order ALWAYS. Either it's overcooked..the wrong Burger altogether..fries undercooked or old..and no matter what Burger I get it's ALWAYS sloppy and thrown together. And not the good way. Workers aren't wearing gloves and touching everything in sight without washing their hands. Including the cooks. Which is probably why I always feel queasy after eating here everytime. I used to think it was all the grease but now im not so sure. I'm over it. I will not be returning to this location at all. I hope they clean house and start over or close this location down altogether. If I could give 0...

By far, the worst ever. DO NOT give this establishment your money. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a whopper and an order of the cheetos fried mac n' cheese, and the cashier only just rudely remarked, "to the second window." I drive up, and she has this irritated and "everybody-can-go-f*-themselves" vibe and look on her face. Without even turning her head, she states the price and sticks her hand out the window, impatiently awaiting payment. While looking away, she carelessly hands over the bag, yet I still tell her "Thank you", and, with her "irritated at life" vibes remaining and her looking away, says nothing and closes the window. I could have brushed off the bad service like I usually do, but the food was sickening and half inedible. When I opened the bag and food packaging, the whopper was cold and dry, and the mac n' cheetos were so overcooked that they were just, inside and out, a disgustingly inedible, dry, and burnt mess. Highly regret spending money there. The Burger King in Warner Robins had awesome mac n' cheetos, so go anywhere else and avoid this place at all...
