Update again: Three strikes you’re out? Trying again but it seems that no matter how hard I try at this location, they can’t seem to get it right. Seriously. I asked for the grilled chicken and strawberry salad minus the grilled chicken because I wanted the large salad. Not because I wanted you to bring me a side salad and save me $10. I am not dining on a budget and if I were, I wouldn’t dine here.
Update: Trying again tonight. I was served a grilled chicken strawberry salad on a plate with dried stuck on cheese on the plate that could not be scraped off with a fork and knife. When could I find it? When I got to the plate and my salad was down to a bite or two left. Back to Warner Robins even though I live in Perry. Service and food is always better there. Never do I have such crazy experiences there.
Tonight’s dinner and show was beyond despicable. Screaming is heard by everyone in the restaurant as horseplaying goes on in the back followed by yelling. Moments later patrons witnessed as two employees carry a coworker to sit in the waiting area. The manager on duty leaves the bar area only to race to the back and scream, “TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED!” From what we heard the horseplay included a broom and the server was hit in the face. The manager parades from the back and starts yelling at the injured girl sitting in the waiting area who has now phoned her mother. The manager then begins to yell over the girl not to tell her mother that and instructed the girl to hand over the phone. The girl is told to go to the ER. Then the manager starts telling this girl, “say this... don’t say this...” Unfortunately it was our server who was injured. This meant we sat waiting for service. Then we sat waiting for a check. Do the managers get any form of education or training? Or is this acceptable behavior for businesses today? I’m thoroughly disgusted in the entire event and in what they call a manager for either not having adequate training to handle situations or not having the ability to follow through...
Read moreWorst experience at a LongHorn restaurant. To start off with, the hostess Keandra and Rebekah were very unprofessional. When I asked how long it would take she said 20 to 30 minutes but that would all depend on how much the guest at a table would keep talking because they were already done (all this while rolling her eyes). After about 30 minutes of waiting I went back to her and asked how much longer because I noticed that they were preparing menus for another group she told me not to worry because they had made reservations and that they were cleaning our table. When I returned to my family we noticed the hostess talking, and the same hostess again rolled her eyes while looking at me. When I asked if there was a problem because I felt uncomfortable with what I saw, one of the hostess accepted that they indeed were talking about me. While the one that rolled her eyes walked away. Once seated our waiter Sheridan came and took our order. Everything was perfectly fine until a family member asked for the soup that she had ordered and the waiter said that he was going to bring it with the food. My family member decided to cancel the potato soup order that never came. 5 minutes later came another waitress and said that she would be serving us now. This was with no explanation what so ever. We didn’t even understand why the change, Since he was still there waiting on other tables. It was 10:20, no food. We got there at 8:20, told it would take 20-30 minutes to be seated. This is disappointing because we love to eat at Longhorn but with this experience we are definitely not coming back. My recommendation as a customer, never treat us like we are not worth your time. To the manager Cindy Savage/Staci Wheeler (this because she gave me two different manager cards) please pay more attention to your employees and whats going on in your restaurant. LongHorn is a family restaurant that everyone should...
Read moreThe Manager at this particular location needs to make some major changes! I visited this location on Christmas Eve (12/24/21) around 1:00pm and I had a party of 21. It wasn’t too busy or crowded for Christmas Eve. We were seated our waitress took our drink orders and food orders and we were enjoying ourselves and waiting. Our food started to come out and it was all WRONG! ALL of the 14-15 steaks that were ordered were TERRIBLE!!! We all ordered them medium well, but that’s not what we got. 12 of the 14 steaks we ordered were well done so done that they were REALLY TOUGH & HARD TO CHEW!! The other 2 steaks were VERY RARE not medium well. So we sent about 4-5 of the steaks back and they still came out a second time EXTREMELY WELL DONE & not medium well. So I sent mine and my daughters back and once they came out for a third time well done, I just gave up and told the waitress she could forget the steak and charge me for the broccoli. I’m beside myself knowing that after this fiasco was all said and done that the manager on duty didn’t once come out to ask if there was anything else they could do to make it better. I work for a small company and twice a month we have our lunch meetings here. Needless to say we will be finding somewhere else to have our lunch meetings from here on out! Our waitress on the other hand was GREAT! She kept our drinks full and was very ATTENTIVE to our needs. THANK YOU ALYSSA for taking care of my party, even though you didn’t cook our food you continued to apologize for the cook! Hopefully the manager will see this and maybe some changes for the...
