My husband ordered a pizza at about 10:00 pm one weeknight. He was told that they were still taking orders and delivering. However, the pizza never came and they stopped picking up the phone. Good thing he was paying cash that night. Otherwise, there would be an even bigger issue.
I also had a personal experience in which my debit card was overcharged, due to someone adding an almost $6 tip to the delivery driver for an order that was a little over $30. I called to alert management, because we were not given a receipt to sign and total out and the receipt that we were given (on the box) did not match the amount that I should have been charged. Thankfully, my online Marco’s account reflected what I should have been charged (before the tip).
I have always tipped because I appreciate the service industry. Thus, I do not take kindly to being stolen from...and, to add insult to injury, the food was lukewarm and just not appetizing. Nonetheless, the manager that I spoke to (Donovan) was filling in for another manager and said that he would pass my information along to the General Manager.
I did later find out from the manager (Ms. Dallas), whom has diligently worked the resolution of my tip issue, that the evening that I placed my order the driver had a second delivery. When Ms. Dalla’s manager on duty entered in the driver’s tips he clicked on my ticket number by mistake instead of the other one (as there was a 1 number difference in the order numbers). Ms. Dallas did apologize and has taken action to refund the entire amount of my order, for my trouble.
Although my husband’s situation (as to why he didn’t receive his pizza) remains a mystery, I am satisfied with the resolution of my tip issue. Therefore, we may consider patronizing this location in the future. However, I cannot say for certain...

I ordered 2 salads with triple croutons( I love their croutons), after getting off work, picked up the salads and headed home. I get home to find out, my salads not only didn’t have extra croutons, but no croutons. I called the store and was told they were “out”. Instead of calling and informing me, they let me pay for them, and get home and feel disappointed. I called again tonight, to give them another chance, only to be told, when I asked before ordering, that they are still out of croutons. Being familiar with the restaurant business I do know that first of all, I should been informed they were out of ingredients on my first visit with a quick phone call. I also know that with Marcos pizzas in the area, Warner Robins, Macon, etc, management should make a trip to one of these other restaurants to pick up product they may be out of to ensure they have product the guest desire that is on...

My rating has changed to 5 and will stay there unless I get another pizza with 50lbs of feta ! Thank you to the owner and GM for your expeditious responses and resolution ..............9/11/18.We have quickly come to love Marco's and order it all the time but after last night , ya'll should order more feta cheese because I believe they put all ya had on my pizza .I order the chicken florentine every time and it's delicious but I couldn't even eat it last night . The feta overpowered all the other flavors .If I wanted to eat nothing but feta , I can get a bowl at the grocery store for a few bucks instead of paying ya'll $ 20+ . Very disappointing and pretty well pisses me off at the waste of money . Looks like it's back...
