Was excited about trying this restaurant after being highly recommended. Walked in loved the look of the place, was a very nice setup. At 1730hrs, surprisingly didn't appear busy. Our group came in we had 4 adults, 2 babies, 1 toddler, and 1 child and seated as open tables were available due to not being busy. We waited for 20 minutes to finally get our drink orders in and an additional 20 minutes to get our drinks and staggered coming out to us. 2 adult beverages, a tea, and the rest waters. Not sure if it was the waitress first night on the job but she was moving at snail speed. The bartender seemed to be moving at that same speed. We finally got our order in which was an order of Texas twinkies, cowboy candy, a brisket sandwich, the turkey sandwich, pulled pork tacos, and the three pig sliders. 15 minutes waitress came back and said they were out of turkey and out of cowboy candy. So we switched it to another order of Texas Twinkies and switched to another brisket sandwich. Texas Twinkies were very good with a sneak up of heat in the back end. But I came to try the cowboy candy. Oh well, no big deal. 15mins later we started getting our food, 1 of the brisket plates and pulled pork tacos came out. As we Waited for the remaining food and starting to lose the children's attention what seemed to be another 10 minutes to get the remaining entrées which were cold when we got them. No refills the waitress came back with the 2nd Texas twnikies. Still no refills offered to empty glasses. Then it took an additional 25 minutes to get our ticket paid for and starting to lose the children's occupancy. Went to the bar to pay bartender said the waitress would have to take care of us, so we had to chase her down to pay so we could leave before the children started to have a full high speed come apart. Not sure what was going on but from what we were recommended was not the same as we received. Very sad. Bathrooms, very hard to see while using them. Very dim lighting almost like candle light.

Stopped in with friends because of the reviews. To start - the place was freezing. Two in our group of 6 never get cold - and even they froze. Then, because they were out of brisket and ribs everyone got their loaded baked potato and the potatoes were not even warm! I got their blackberry bourbon smash drink and pretty sure they forgot the bourbon (I’m not a bourbon lover so I would not have wanted it strong, but I’d have expected to be able to taste it). Then, after our orders were in front of us, we overhear people behind us talking about the steak night so we asked about it and apparently our waitress was supposed to tell us steaks were available that evening (they are not listed on the menu), so we were pretty disappointed we had cold baked potatoes when we could have potentially had steak. To top it off I’m not sure if they were short handed or just par for the course but service was awful! The one positive is the interior of the place is pretty cool! ...

My husband and I had lunch at your establishment today. We wanted to try it out before bringing our out-of-town guests. We were promptly greeted by Emily, who seated us and took our drink orders before we were fully settled. As this was our first visit, I was curious about the restaurant's unique offerings. Emily patiently answered all my questions about the barbershop and speakeasy, and even informed us of upcoming events. I wanted to express my gratitude for Emily's excellent service; she is a true asset to your team. We plan to bring our guests here, and hope Emily will be...
