I swear, I try to avoid this Dunkin and it truly is my last resort every time. Today I ordered a medium iced americano, simple right? Well, I guess not, I was about to be handed an iced drink with milk in it so I ask the gentleman if that’s my drink and he said yes the americano. I’ve been drinking americanos for 2 years, there is no milk, but I politely say oh I’m sorry there’s not supposed to be milk in there.. it’s just espresso and hot water. To which he catches an attitude and replies with, “you ordered milk” I told him no I didn’t, I was very clear that I ordered an iced americano. I guess he didn’t like being wrong to which he rolled his eyes at me, and seemingly threw a fit as he turned around to remake my order.
As he hands the correct drink to me, he repeats himself and says “you ordered milk” and at that point I was over the disrespect so I told him; “no sir I didn’t, maybe you should learn traditional coffee orders if you work at Dunkin, but have a good day!”

Read moreThe young woman 4/10 @ 8:10pm. First told me that she could NOT take 2 separate orders at the drive thru. When I asked her why not that it made no sense, she proceeded to tell me that there were customers inside also. She took both my orders and told me to drive up rudely. I pulled up to the window and there was NO ONE inside and she was NOWHERE to be seen either. I asked her coworker for her name to file a complaint and he did not tell me. I told him that she needs to work on her customer service skills because they are HORRIBLE and that is part of her JOB. I ordered 2 coffees as one of the orders. One was FV light and sweet and one was FV light with 4 equals. When I reached my destination, i recieved a HAZELNUT and a FV light with NOTHING else in it. NO EQUAL. I come to this location TWICE a week. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! She needs to find a new job that she does not have to deal...
