After spending countless hours at the big box stores with lack of knowledge as well as customer focused support, someone mentioned a scratch and dent store. I took the 2.5hr trip to 4 Brothers appliance in Perth Amboy and upon arrival of the bright clean showroom I was soon greeted by the salesman with a smile. We addressed all my concerns and he explained more features and design ideas than I had before coming in. During the couple hours I was in the showroom, a matching washer and dryer caught my attention and decided I might as well get them too. A few weeks after the fridge was in my house, it froze up. I called the store, spoke with the manager who assured me he would stand behind the one year warranty. We troubleshooted the issue over the phone and he recommended we swap it out. Called me the next day to give me A TWO HOUR WINDOW and showed up inside that window. The two gentlemen exited the delivery truck with a smile assuring me how sorry they are and will handle everything such as removal and replace in no time. In the line Im in, price is a myth and service is everything! All I have is my past experiences to compare to, with 8-10hrs windows and find out they reschedule for the next day and the (im a commissioned sales worker with how much money I can make on this sale) kind of attitude is all too common this experience has been world class! Nobody can promise something wont break or stop working, its how the store handles the problem at that point. Customer service is lacking these days due to the fact we are in the persona price is everything. Im here to tell you I would have paid double knowing I would receive the same level of service I do at the BMW...

Went in 2 weekends ago to buy a washer and dryer for our home. We needed a stackable due to the location the units are going. Picked out a couple of Samsung units and paid. We did all the proper measuring to ensure they would fit. Set up delivery for Jan 2nd. I get a call on 12/31 saying the dryer I picked out was sold but they had another one that was a different color. Strike 1. Frustrated I said it was fine and still deliver them because I needed the dryer. Day of delivery my mother sat at the house for delivery as my boyfriend and I both had work. Saw them on my Ring camera show up. Guy 1 walks in my house and sees the closet and says the units wont fit because of a door moulding and the exhaust vent in the back is too long. Strike 3. Fine, we can reschedule delivery and we will take care of those 2 things. I call my bf and have him call the store to set up delivery and find out how short the vent needs to be. The manager tells him 2 inches shorter. 10 minutes after that call my bf gets another call saying the install is too dangerous because of location and they won't install them, just deliver. Strike 3. I can't lift a 300lb dryer on top of a washer and we're not qualified to install them, apparently they weren't either. So I call after work to just get a refund and I'll go elsewhere. They wanted to charge a 10% restocking fee even though the units NEVER came off of the truck. Strike 4. After arguing for 30 minutes with the warehouse manager I got my full refund. Went in this past Saturday to get the refund and went to a local appliance store and got the same units for a little bit more money and a guaranteed installation after the guy came to our house to see the location they are going in. I came across Four Brothers on my Instagram feed and decided to take a drive not expecting much, thinking it was just another discounted store with the same discounted items that wasnt the best quality. As I was driving to the store and saw the outside I was amazed as to how nice and clean the outside was. When I entered the store I was shocked to see how nice the store was, the layout of it was definitely one of the highlights of my visit. I have been to discounted stores and none can compare to it . This store belongs in the category with high end stores. It's very clean ,bright, inviting and the decor is very updated. The staff is very friendly, everyone is pleasant and smiling. Jessica is super helpful and very informative about the products. I was just browsing because I hadn't close on my home as yet. I always said that when I buy a home I wanted all Samsung appliances. Jessica quoted me a price for Samsung kitchen appliances plus a washing machine and dryer, 6 appliances all together at a price I couldn't resist. Well I closed on the house 4/11 and was back at Four Brothers on 4/13 purchasing all my appliances. I also brought some one with me to purchase a deep freezer and was back there 4/15 to purchase an over the range microwave. When I say for as long as this store is around this will be my appliance store. I even asked Jessica for quite a few of her business cards that I have given out already. I know once people visit my home there are going to inquire about the appliances and I will have Jessica card to give to them.
