If I could leave no stars I would I ordered online at around 2pm for a 545 delivery. I left instructions that the driver would have to be buzzed into the building and if there were any issues my number is on the order and the he could call the number. I called 10 minutes past my delivery time and was yelled at that the driver waited and waited. Now I do have have my phone set up that if my phone doesn’t recognize the number that it would go straight to voicemail, however my question is why didn’t the delivery guy leave a voicemail, I would have called him right back and came to meet him. Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of this pizzeria for years and have always appreciated the great food and service, especially when the original staff was in place. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing.
Every time I call ahead to order—because I work and can’t wait around—I’ve found that my pizza isn’t even in the oven when I arrive. I always ask for my pizza extra crispy, and instead of being taken seriously, the staff (specifically the newer employees) often laugh at the request. This kind of reaction feels unprofessional and dismissive.
Additionally, I’ve noticed concerning hygiene practices: handling money and then touching food without gloves or handwashing. This didn’t happen under the previous staff, who were always clean and courteous.
As a Dominican myself, I had hoped for smooth communication and mutual respect, especially with other Latino staff. Sadly, it feels like I’m being treated with less care than before.
This place used to be my go-to, but unless things improve, I’ll have to consider taking my business elsewhere.
He sido cliente fiel de esta pizzería durante años y siempre valoré la buena comida y el excelente servicio, especialmente cuando estaba el personal original. Lamentablemente, mis experiencias recientes han sido decepcionantes.
Cada vez que llamo con anticipación para hacer un pedido—porque trabajo y no puedo esperar mucho tiempo—me encuentro con que la pizza ni siquiera está en el horno cuando llego. Siempre pido mi pizza bien tostada, y en lugar de tomarlo en serio, el personal (especialmente los empleados nuevos) se ríe de mi pedido. Esta actitud me parece poco profesional y muy irrespetuosa.
También he notado prácticas de higiene preocupantes: manipulan dinero y luego tocan la comida sin guantes ni lavarse las manos. Esto no ocurría con el personal anterior, que siempre fue limpio y atento.
Como dominicana, esperaba que la comunicación fuera más fácil y que hubiera un trato mutuo de respeto con otros latinos. Lamentablemente, siento que ahora me tratan con menos consideración.

Whoever is taken orders over the phone is rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional .I was very upset....first I wanted to know if they would deliver to a south amboy address (if not I still want to order) and was hang up on...Then call back to place an order..... and was told the prices changed (ok and) I still wanted to order....it just didn't go well..to much back and forth..
