I’m writing to share some feedback about my recent visit to your restaurant on Sunday, June 1st at approximately 2:10 PM. I’ve always enjoyed dining at your establishment, and in the past, my experiences have been largely positive. However, this particular visit was unfortunately disappointing due to the level of service we received.
My party of five was seated in a mostly empty restaurant, but we were left waiting an unusually long time before anyone came to take our order. Despite flagging down two different staff members, there was still a significant delay in receiving service. Our order was quite simple—tacos, a salad, and a calamari appetizer—yet the salad did not arrive until everyone else had already finished eating.
The extended wait times, both for our food and later for the check, left a negative impression—particularly for the three people in our group who were visiting for the first time. I was embarrassed by the situation and felt the service did not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from your restaurant.
Additionally, it was disappointing to observe that the level of attentiveness appeared to vary based on whether parties spoke Spanish. I sincerely hope this was an oversight and not a pattern, as it left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome.
We made sure to use your preferred payment method to help avoid any further delay, but the overall experience was unfortunately tarnished by the inconsistency in service.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help your team identify areas for improvement. I truly enjoy your food and the atmosphere you offer, and I’d love to continue recommending your restaurant with full confidence. Please consider ways to ensure that all guests—regardless of background or language—receive equally respectful and...
Read moreMy second time here and had the worse experience ever ! Ordered a seafood paella ( from the seafood sectionin the menu) and the paella had chorizo and beans the rice was dry the shrimp and calamari tasted like if it was cooked on a grill dryy dry dry and they just put it on top of the rice to decorate the plate !! Of course I had to eat the first try I was like this is not paella so I asked my husband to try it and he said it taste like the rice is not cooked (grains were hard) and it look like salchichon rice 😕 Called the server and told her the order didn’t taste like paella it looked like salchichon rice !! She said we can’t change it because u already had some and if u want something else it will be a separate plate at a charge 😠😠 My husband of course was upset with this and told her to get the manager , she left and came back and said ok manager said will change it what do u want ?? Instead of asking if I wanted to get a new one ?? Try to please an upset customer nahh she didn’t bother asking or offering anything 😣 Poor service , our bill was over $300 will make sure not to go back !! The restaurant Noches de Colombia in Woodbridge has better service and they always checking in their customers !! To the manager you need to train your servers , leaving tables u attended for a while is not acceptable and trying to make u pay for not good food is not good business...
Read moreIt is a shame that this new establishment hired an inept and unprofessional person for the position of manager. Several things happened that night that were very unpleasant for my family and me.
This last incident was what led us to talk to the waitress, who sent the manager to our table. We thought that as customers the manager (Evelyn) was going to offer some kind of apology and solution to all this. Unfortunately, that was not the case. She just came with a bad attitude, excuses after excuses, and practically kicked us out of the restaurant because she brought us the bill without us asking for it. We were very disappointed and indignant about this whole experience...
