Just had an altercation with the manager (Jasmine) where I almost had to call the police. They got my order wrong so I drove back up there and went into the lobby. I politely asked to please remake because they got the order wrong. Right off the bat she bucked up to me like a bully and was condescending and extremely disrespectful in her tone and body language. She smirked at me and said, "where is your receipt" and I said it was in the car, but I shouldn't need it..here are the sandwiches,,please correct your mistake". She snapped back at me and said, " you have to have a receipt"..I said..no I don't..Here are the sandwiches and the boy at the drive through just helped me and got the order wrong..again..please remake". I told her to stop talking condescending and disrespectful to me"..She then raised her voice and said, " I don't have to do a damn thing for you..get out of my store".. I said..give me a refund..in which she said..: give me your receipt. So I went to my car and got the receipt. She went around the corner and wouldn't help me..so she sent 2 boys to give me a refund that didn't know how to do it. That took another 15 minutes and she wouldn't help them either. Her name is Jasmine and she needs to be fired immediately. I cannot believe the way I was treated. I am a local here and I have never had any employee or specifically someone in a manager position at any time in my life, act this way. Two of the boys whispered to me that she does this often and is horrible. If she is having a type of mental breakdown, she needs to not be working and should get the help she needs and removed.. Thoroughly bizarre experience. I would like the owner of this location to...

Ah, Arby's. The land where the phrase "We Have the Meats" should really be followed by "And the Prices to Match." After reluctantly handing over enough cash to make a down payment on a small yacht, I received a sandwich that, while delicious, left me wondering if the cook had been trained at a French culinary school or had simply added an extra dash of magic beef seasoning.
The roast beef was so tender it practically apologized as it melted in my mouth, and the curly fries were a crispy serenade. But for the price, I half-expected a personal chef to serve it to me with a side of life advice and a foot massage. Still, despite my wallet whimpering in the corner, my taste buds were dancing with joy.
If you're in the mood to treat yourself (and only yourself, because bringing a friend means taking out a small loan), Arby's has got you covered. Just make sure to budget for it like you're planning a mini vacation. Bon appĂ©tit, my fellow fast-food aficionados! đđž

Read moreUsually I have decent experiences here, even though prices went higher, and you have to make sure and ask them for sauces (like arby's sauce - duh). Tonight was different. Tonight made me actually lower stars and edit my original review. We pulled up to the order board at about 09:53pm. There was a worker there smoking a cigarette, and when we pulled up, they went inside... All the lights were on, and some cars parked out front. We didn't know what time they closed... so we waited at the order board... and waited a few minutes... finally we decide to drive around thinking they might be closed (that's when we saw people in the lobby waiting on food at the counter). No one said anything to us to tell us they were closed or open. We drove around front and saw they closed at 10:00pm. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don't make people like you by avoiding them!
Update 01 July 2021. Again closed before closing hours. 09:48pm and all lights are out. Scheduled closing...
