Dillingers Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Peru

Dillingers Bar and Grill in Peru is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal, and it quickly became a favorite after my first visit. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for in a hometown bar and grill—comfortable, inviting, and full of character. It has that perfect balance of being laid-back yet lively, making it a great spot to relax with friends or stop in for a good meal.

I tried the Dillinger Classic Burger, and it was outstanding. The burger was clearly made with fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. The patty was juicy and well-seasoned, and it came together with the toppings to make a truly satisfying sandwich. You can tell care is put into the food here, and it shows in every bite.

The service was just as impressive. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and really helped make the visit enjoyable. Great service always makes a difference, and it was clear the staff takes pride in taking care of their customers.

Overall, Dillingers Bar and Grill is an excellent spot with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back again soon and highly recommend...

We eat here with friends on a semi-regular basis. But I have to say this was the most disappointing experience we have had. It was Fish night so we anticipated it being busy. So we didn't go until 6:30. 2 ordered the fish, 2 ordered steak, 1 ordered chicken breast. It took us an hour to get our food, most of the other diners had left and only 2 came in. Our food didn't come out all together. The fish came first, the steaks came about 5 minutes later and the chicken 5 minutes after that. I told the waitress that we understood that it wasn't her fault and she did apologize. But management dropped the ball. There was nothing from management in the way of an apology or compensation. We spent close to $100 on dinner and drinks. We won't be back...

Ordered prime rib rare..got well done. Ordered mashed potatoes, got baked..I guarantee you that the supposed prime was round steak..disgustingly tough.asked why did I not get mashed. Well, they don't make them on Saturdays. REALLY? COULD THEY HAVE NOT SHARED THAT WITH ME?.Been there twice, first time was icky...second time was monumentally icky.
