Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Peru

We tried to place an order on the app tonight and when we tried to submit it, it kept saying it wouldn’t go through so we tried it twice more thinking maybe it was a connection issue on our end. Still wouldn’t work so we said forget it. However the money still came out of my husbands account THREE times. No biggie. Things happen out of the employee’s control. My husband called to ask them why he was charged when the order never got pushed through, the woman he spoke with on the phone was RUDE. He tried explaining what happened to her and she cut him off saying "i dont have time to deal with this right now just because you dont know where your money went" and then proceeded to tell him that she was going to hang up. finally, someone with decent customer service got on the phone and did what she could to help him. im a restaurant manager myself and i couldn't imagine treating a customer this way. i have been a regular customer at this location for 2 years now and now i will never return. I put an order in online (phone app) and even selected the notify button so they know I’m there, I entered and there was no acknowledgement even though they saw me enter, my order was sitting there on the shelf ready for the manager to either tell me I can take a few steps behind the counter and grab it or he’d stop what he’s doing and hand it to me which would only take seconds as it was already paid for. It wasn’t busy, it was the manager and a worker and the workers friend who was just sitting there, no one else. But they went on to make five pizzas and put them in the oven as I respectfully waited 10 minutes for someone to hand me my food. No apologies were given to me and as I headed to the door that one worker’s friend opened the door for me and said I can at least do this for you so you get some kind of service today! Was there today to pickup an order. Sat by the pickup windowbwaiting for the worker to smoke a cigarette before receiving my order that was ready for pickup. Once i got home and took a bite of the pan pizza, it was under done. Bit straight into flimsy dough and threw out majority of the pizza. Couldn't even pickup the pizza without the toppings falling off due to the dough not being done.I have never had an issue with the pizza at this place until now. Very disappointed with my order that was $39 and only half being edible. Quality has went down hill since Ryan Sims left the company.
