Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Petal

I have service and atmosphere a one star including the service because they are rude and we been there like 5 times already and each time they are always out of something but every single time they always be forgetting something or putting the wrong order of food in your bag !! Then one time we waited like 30 mins in the drive thru and they were missing something so my husband went back in to get it then halfway back to the house we find out that one of the sides was wrong. Called and spoke to the manager and all she could tell me was sorry we are just very busy and came up with excuses. So how you going to tell me sorry and all that after I paid all that money to get the food I didn’t receive ? And it ain’t cheap either. You could have offered me a refund or something like really. Y’all always rude and every single time EVERY TIME yall forget something in the bag like come onnnnn. One time they had charged us for our food already and THEN told us they were out of something and what would we like instead so we told her and she was like “ well normally there is an up charge for that” like okayyyy? You didn’t tell me you were out of that in the first place and then charged us for it already so that’s on you. Just rude really. My problem wasn’t the food my problem is the service here once again another place in petal that I don’t want to go to. The only reason I kept going was I liked the food when they gave me the correct food I ordered and it is the closest one to us and convenient if you live in petal. I been here like five times and I liked the food okay the problem is they don’t listen and don’t give you what you asked for. They need to be checking what they put in peoples bag before they hand people their food and if they out of something tell someone before they charge them too. I don’t want to go back because of this reason. Y’all need to do better than that even if y'all don’t like your job people are still paying to get their food from there so you should give people what they ordered and make it right cause it ain’t cheap to eat here either for fast food. I mean plz let me be completely clear. I love Popeye's Chicken they is simply the best. However, this evening at this particular store. The store was filthy. From the lobby through to the kitchen area. The service was slow and would rather talk to co-workers or whatever. The fountain drink and ice despenser area. Trash was all over the counter top which also had some kinda sticky stuff all over the counter top. Wasn't a single piece of ice the lobby despenser. Took the cashier who took our order 5 minutes to take 2 steps over to drive thru to get our ice. Nope she saw someone at the drive thru window sat our cups down and proceeded to carry a conversation on with obviously a friend. I need to also point out that Popeyes weren't actually busy. Wasn't even steady. After finally getting out cups of ice my family and I decided to sit. At my this point we had already been waiting at least 10 minutes. 15 minutes later they called my name. They did almost almost have our order with everything inside. Nope they forgot my 4 Mardi gras mustard. Only thing that was at least warm were my daughters fries. Everything else cold. I don't know why my food was cold after 30 45...

February 4, 2019, it was my intent to purchase a family size order to take home and not cook. I arrived around 4 pm, the drive through wrapped all away around the building, so I parked and walked in. There were several customers waiting on their orders and I was the only one standing in line. Ms. Tiffany was steadily taking orders from the drive through, a young lady from the back in an apron kept checking to see where they were as far as filling orders on the monitor over her head, staff in the back were sweeping and a very discourteous woman (worker) told Ms. Tiffany to stop taking orders, they were behind on getting done what was necessary and then told me, someone would be with me shortly. I waited for almost 10 minutes and no one waited on me! No orders were given to the customers whose orders were taken prior to my arrival, one smiled at me as I turned and left. So, my family ate leftovers and this morning I have determined that you need to be aware that Petal Popeyes service...
