Bianchini's North — Restaurant in Petaluma

Bianchini's was the best sandwich place in town and I'm very disappointed to write this. I always have a great meal here, but on Friday my pick up order was terrible. Two slices of turkey on the entire sandwich, 3 tiny slices of onion on each half, avocado was only on one side of the sandwich, a single tomato on each half and no pesto sauce which is included. My boyfriend had also said his sandwich seemed off compared to our past orders. My pickup order was also ready within 5 minutes of ordering, which gave me red flags in the first place. Consistency is extremely important and sadly the business seems to be struggling with it. I'm not sure when or if I will be back, considering food is extremely expensive nowadays and this past order was a huge waste of it. I can get a comparable sandwich at lucky's...

While I was greeted perfectly and satisfied with the service,the pre-baked sourdough rolls are totally undercooked and a pale white look that leaves me to believe they are only warming the bread or they don’t know how to cook it. They should give you the opportunity to have normal sourdough rolls from the local bakery. The sourdough tasted more like a sweet roll and undercooked. Great, fresh sandwiches with a variety of fun options, but my favorite part is their build-your-own salad section! Such fun variety of ingredients, generous portions and reasonable prices. And I love that you can pop in, grab a pre-made salad (always very fresh) and they'll take it out of the package, toss it for you and send you on your way quickly! Those packages are always so jam-packed in any establishment that you lose huge parts of it trying to get it mixed up. They see the issue, resolve it for you, and do it so quickly it's healthy...
