The food is perfect and the prices are decent for quality Japanese Cuisine. I always order the deluxe bento box dinner, it's just around $26.00 I think. I can never finish it, there's always plenty to take home for another meal of savory left overs. It's perfect for a late nite romantic dinner, with the soft lighting and ambiance. I usually go late, around 9pm-ish, to avoid the crowds so I can take my time. The atmosphere is relaxed yet still refined, I feel comfortable there regardless of what I'm wearing LOL. Unlike the snobs that frequent Hiro's. Sorry Hiro your food is great, but the clientele are just so snobby. I never feel like I can relax and enjoy my meal there, at Gohan's I can relax and take my time eating a meal that is as pleasurable to look at and smell as it is to eat. But what I like most about Gohan is the wait staff. They are kind, polite and not snobby like the waitress I always seem to get stuck with ,who starts the dinner shift, at Hiro's. Gohan is now the place for me to go when I have to have Japanese food. "n_n" We Love you...
Read moreHands down, this place is my favorite sushi spot ever! 🍣 Why, you ask? The freshness of the fish is something you've got to experience to believe. It's like they pluck it right out of the ocean and onto your plate. And don't even get me started on their fresh wasabi – it's a game-changer, elevating every bite with that perfect kick.
Yes, it's a tad pricier than your average sushi joint, but trust me, it's worth every penny. The quality, the flavors, the whole experience – it's just really, really good. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in each roll and nigiri.
If you're a sushi lover looking for that next-level taste experience, do yourself a favor and check this place out. The combination of fresh fish, real wasabi, and impeccable sushi craftsmanship makes it an unforgettable dining adventure. Worth...
Read moreMy fiance and I went to Gohan on March 18th for our anniversary, and everything was great! HOWEVER... while paying, we both clearly remember that I left a $20 CASH tip on a $90.88 check that I charged to my card. I woke up this morning (March 21st) and checked my bank account, and to my surprise, the bill from GOHAN went up from $90.88 to $110.88! Management needs to look into their workers because this is absurd. We left a tip that was over 20%, but I guess that's not enough for people. BE AWARE WHEN EATING AT GOHAN. Definitely will NEVER eat...
