Steel Bear Deli — Restaurant in Petaluma

I'm sorry to say this but the Steel Bear just isn't quite the great Deli it was in the past of about 10 years ago. Sandwiches are not worth the price to what you pay for and the three times i stopped by to grab lunch in the 6:30 am there was just one guy working the Deli part and cash register meaning if another patron entered the store it was a longer wait so don't be in a push for time. I bought an open bottle of mustard and went to return it and the clerk said no refund/return. I didn’t want a return. I asked for an exchange for the same item and he said no because it was opened. It was $2.79.... I don’t care about the cost of the item. I just think it’s wrong that they can sell you opened food and expect that it’s safe to consume! WTF! Close...
