Very tasty food, hot and fresh. You can make your meals vegetarian or vegan if you'd like. The Inferno Noodles Challenge is an entertaining challenge to undertake: you begin by signing a waiver. Then you get served a steaming hot (in more ways than one) noodle dish and you have 15 minutes to eat it, with only a single glass of water as an aid. After you've consumed the meal you must sit, without any water or anything, for 5 minutes with the residual spiciness boiling in your mouth. After you complete the challenge you get a shirt, a serving of whatever drink you'd like and your photo taken for posterity.

My five star review is based upon one visit and one dish. That being said, I will be going back. I ordered the drunken noodles, which were superb. the savory flavorful sauce was just hot enough, but they supplied a little bit of hot pepper sauce on the side just in case. The place is certainly nothing fancy, but is nice and clean and open and has a world-class ice cream chocolate shoppe as its next door neighbor.

If you are googling this place, just go. You won’t be disappointed. Always fresh and great food. Good service of cafe style. Mostly self service but staffs are always helpful and made great suggestions. I had Beef Panaeng and Gai Zaap with Thai Ice coffee. Scrumptious as always. No doubt.

Coming from Albuquerque, NM where there are plenty of authentic Thai food places, the Thai Cafe in Peterborough really does contend with my top favorite Thai restaurants. The Thai Cafe is a much needed dose of culture in the town of Peterborough. I've tried a few different dishes (all were delicious), but I still keep ordering the crispy chicken Pad Thai (the shrimp and tofu are also great). The ingredients are always fresh, and everything is seriously delicious. I order the Pad Thai mild and use the hot chili sauce that comes on the side, which is tangy and slightly spicy (not the spiciest, but it's enough). The garlic chili dish (I don't remember the exact name) is really spicy and tasty. The spinach rangoons and steamed pork dumplings are my favorite appetizers. The Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee are a hit or miss-- when the right amount of milk and tea or coffee are mixed together, they taste fantastic. If the ingredients aren't mixed properly, they're not that good. Every time I come here it's busy, which is good! If they sold beer, it would probably be the most popping place...

I've been going to Thai Cafe for years and it has always been excellent. I've been slightly annoyed lately on my last three trips because they seem to shut their phones off. The first time I called for half an hour. When I got in, I was told that they were training someone and the phones were a distraction. Second time, they said both lines had been ringing off the hook, so that must be why. There was nobody on the phone when I was waiting for my food, so I called and no ringing/no answer. This happened again last night and the girl just acted confused and put the phone on the hook (it was turned on and laying on the counter.... This seems very frustrating for a place that has a majority of their...
