Feb 2023 update Waited some time before trying this location again. I have to admit that I am coming to the conclusion that the problem is this location and not the chain as a whole. When we came in the hostess came right over to seat us. The section she took us to was a mess as all the tables were full clutter from previous diners. She explained that she was told to only clean the table that she was preparing to seat people at and leave all the other tables alone. That was really strange as it did not really make for an appealing atmosphere! While sitting there and waiting for our food, we saw her seat three more parties and she cleaned up for every one of them just before she sat them. The wait staff ignored the tables and there was no sign of any bussing staff. Really strange. The waitress and the food were ok. Nothing to write home about and nothing really bad. However, I did ask for some hot sauce and got an almost full bottle of Red Hot. When I popped the lid, it was obviously refilled to be as full as it was... and just as obviously no one bothered to clean the top off. See attached picture. These little housekeeping issue make me believe that management does not value cleanliness or care about quality. Meaning that while I will visit other locations of this chain. I will NOT be coming back to this location for quite some time, if ever. YUCK! ======================================== First visit was a disaster so it took a bit before i was willing to try again. This time it was decent. Staff was efficient with a nice attitude. Food was tasty within the limits of this low end chain. Might be time to give it another chance.

After leaving the area for five years we opted to stop in for a breakfast smile as we are not here often. My smile did not have scrambled eggs, but a fried egg. The toast, pictured had so much butter on it, it dripped and eating it was not possible (I tried). The hash browns were cooked to the point of having no taste and must have been the bottom of the bag, sausage patties, they were barely acceptable. My husbands smile, over easy egg was more like barley cracked from the shell, his hash browns were more like rocks, the bright side the bacon was good. Everything was cold. My daughter said her burger was good. For the amount charged, the meal should have been way better. Highly disappointed, this is not the same eat n park from years ago. Edit: I filled out the online survey. Even after explicitly stating that I live out of state they sent an apology letter and a gift card. The letter was nice , but what on earth am I going to do with a gift card that is for a restaurant 522 miles away! And that good burger my daughter had, she ended up sick the next night.

We’ve literally come to this eat n park 40+ times in the past 12 months. It’s my daughter’s favorite restaurant. I’ve never experienced such terrible service. I took my 4 year old up to the salad bar so she wouldn’t be left at the table by herself. The server, Maria, promptly came to the table and told me she saw her at the salad bar and would be charging me for my daughter. The food took forever to come out. The server said the kitchen was behind but never came to our table. We get the whale of a cod sandwich weekly and I’ve never seen one like this. The bun was dry and the crust was flaking off. My daughter’s Mac and cheese was terribly watered down. She called it water cheese. Despite being slow with only 7 tables including ours the entire restaurant looked filthy. The tables that had been cleared all looked filthy as well. We will be giving Eat n Park a break and try some new family friendly restaurants.

Sorry, but ZERO STARS HERE!! Had to select to post though. 😡 Lots of tables open. Still had to wait 15 minutes for a table. No time given as to what the wait would be for 2 people. After being seated, waitress took drink order as she was clearing tables. 15 minute wait for those. Waitress had attitude right out of the gate. Husband went to the salad bar, so he was good. Waitress came back to take order which since he was eating I ordered for him. Both got burgers & fries. Asked for gravy for both. Watched her write everything down. Asked for buffalo chicken salad with extra chicken to go, & before I could ask for ranch she snapped & said “they charge extra for that!” I didn’t t expect not to. We waited 45 minutes for our burgers & fries which arrived with no gravy. I hate cold fries BTW, so I dug in since I cold feel my blood sugar dropping minute by minute. She came back a & asked “Brown Gravy for both?” Now mind you she asked that same question when we ordered & I watched as she wrote everything down!! When she finally brought the gravy I slid my payment card to her & said you can take this now & she walked away. So the take out order comes out, I open the box & see no buffalo sauce on the chicken. When she returned I opened the container & asked if there was buffalo sauce on the salad & she snapped at me again & said “it’s on the bottom I can smell it, do you want extra?” By then I was done & wanted to get away from her & declined the extra sauce because I didn’t want to spend the rest of my evening there. Won’t be back anytime soon. At one point she did come over & say she wasn’t responsible for the food delay because there were only 2 cooks & there were many take out orders to fill. I’m sorry. If you have a restaurant full of customers & not the staff to barely serve them, quit answering the damn phone & shut off online orders...

The dirtiest ENP I have ever been to,and ours is in a college town! The service,or lack thereof, borders on benign neglect. The floors, table tops, chairs, menus and the salad bar were absolutely filthy. We were tired and didn't pay much attention on the way in, but once seated started to notice the surroundings. On to the food: I asked for sugar free syrup with my pancakes and they came out with regular syrup(no big deal in itself..easy fix), but the pancakes and the plate were covered in confectioner's sugar! My turkey sausage was almost a Slim-Jim minus the good flavor of one. Over easy eggs? Medium / hard...cold over cooked bacon. The buffalo wrap was barely wrapped and had to be eaten with a fork after it fell apart. The chicken pasta dish had spinach leaves / stems and cheese burnt all around the dish edges and was not visually appealing at all. I watched the manager(guessing since she was the cleanest and nicest dressed) run a carpet broom in the same spot for 3 mins and not pick up anything off the floor. I asked for a to go container, and one was brought to the table with the plastic credit card holder and check inside it! If they are making food contamination mistakes up front like this, I can only imagine the kitchen and prep areas. An absolute shame since the building itself looked fairly new. My guess is poor management or lack thereof.A manager never did greet us , nor was there one up front when we left. There are many other dining choices in the area, so you aren't going to miss anything by skipping this place...well, maybe a food contamination or cross contamination issue from waitresses picking up dropped silverware from the floor and then handing you plates off food 2 seconds later. I wish I could give 0 stars it...
