Beer is good. Staff is friendly...but the bathroom sink situation is horrible. You know how when you come out of a public restroom after washing your hands and, as you grab the door handle, you think to yourself, "I wonder if that last person washed their hands before touching this handle...?" Well, at Hand of Fate brewing company...there's no question...

The sinks lie outside the bathrooms...which is nice to be able to public shame the people coming out because you have to wash in front of everyone...so everyone knows if you didn't...the problem with this setup, is that once you're inside the bathroom and you touch that disgusting handle and lock to lock the door...THERE'S NO WAY TO CLEAN YOUR HANDS AFTER THE GROSS HANDLE AND BEFORE TOUCHING YOUR...

Very Interesting place. Not something that you would think you might find in Petersburg. I'm not a fan of beer, but their beer is very good. The food was equally good. Things that you need to know that will help you experience. The seating is very communal. Many big tables that encourage sitting with strangers and mingling. The doesn't seem to be any servers. The way you order food is you go up to the counter and they bring to your table. Good idea to get a spot to sit first before you order. After you order at the counter you go to the bar to get your beer. Good idea to know the menu before you go. They have board games and fun things to do when there. Overall I had a great time here and really enjoyed the food as well as the beer. Have to come...

Leaving 5 stars because I like this place, the food, and the drinks… but heaven forbid you bring 20 people and a cookie cake because it was a birthday… Almost everyone ordered apps, food and had 5+ drinks each. The staff already made us move outside, then an hour later we get lectured by the owner/manager of the food side that they’re a small business and they make desserts and should’ve called ahead to ask… Big turn off after coming here for years. That kind of attitude makes people want to take groups of 20 for a bday gathering elsewhere. Just a friendly note. I’ll be back, but that was not a...
