My recent visit to Com tam pa phi food truck in Austin was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the enticing aroma of freshly cooked Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere was inviting, with friendly staff ready to assist. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the Korean BBQ ribs. Each bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly marinated to perfection. Additionally, the sliced grilled pork was incredibly tender and flavorful, leaving me craving for more. Not only was the food delicious, but it was also served hot and fresh, further enhancing the dining experience. The authenticity of the Vietnamese cuisine truly shone through in every dish, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. Overall, Com tam pa phi exceeded my expectations, offering an unparalleled dining experience in Austin. I highly recommend this food truck to anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors. I can't wait to visit again and indulge in more of their delectable dishes!

My order was done on time. The foam packing trays have their corners missing, so the steam escapes, and your fried food stays crunchy longer. Had my silverware in the bag as requested. Friendly staff. I didn't stick around long but it was a well lit area and wasn't too hot on a summer sunday night. The food was worth the money. Half a tray of crawfish on a bed of lettuce mostly, topped with some grilled onions & jalapenos. Really well seasoned without any one element being overpowering. There were some cold mixed veggies in the tray and those were nice to add to bites to lighten up the rich crawfish. Highly recommend this dish as a safe bet for the money you spend.

Best Vietnamese rice plate dish in north Austin ! What to order: Com tam thit nuong (broken rice &grilled pork) comes with pickled daikon and carrots, lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. Bun thit nuong (vermicelli noodles &grilled pork) comes with lettuce Egg rolls Spring rolls. I got the one with shrimp and pork, which was 10/10. Will be back to try the spring roll with grilled pork. Food truck is new and adding more to their menu! Parking is limited during rush hour. Shares a parking lot with the other food trucks. They have 3 tables inside. Most people order to go.

OMG this little food truck carries Austin’s best COM TAM! I’m a big foodie and so of course com tam is something that my Viet mom makes that I craveee. I have tried a bunch of places from Fresh Bowl to Pho Sai Gon and those guys have nothing as good as Pa Phi. Definitely get their C7 because it has everything in it: pork chop, eggcake, fried egg, bi. Their flavor is extremely good sweet, salty and a bit sour. the đồ chua definitely brought out even better flavors. I really hope this place gets more hype.
