El Jaibo Seafood & Grill food truck offers a delightful experience with authentic mexican flavors and a warm atmosphere. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary ceviche, which was fresh, tangy, and the perfect start to our meal.
We ordered the Mojarra Frita, which was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, paired beautifully with French fries, Mexican rice and a fresh salad. The Torta de Camarón, featuring a shrimp omelette, was another highlight, packed with savory shrimp inside a fluffy omelette, also comes with French fries, Mexican rice and fresh salad.
The overall experience was fantastic, with great food and friendly service. Highly recommended for seafood lovers!
Update: second time dining at El Jaibo Seafood and Grill, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The Mixed Seafood Soup was packed with fresh shrimp, mussels, squid, snow crab legs and fish in a rich, flavorful broth. The Garlic Bread was perfect for dipping, and the Mexican Rice served as a delicious side dish that complemented the seafood beautifully. My husband ordered the Mojarra Frita this time and loved it.
The service was just as friendly and efficient as the first time, and the portions were generous. We’ll definitely be back again...

This place is hidden, but it's worth the search if you're craving seafood that won't break the bank and enjoy locally owned small business that's cares for the product they put...
