If you are looking for a Mexican food truck trailer park experience, look no further. Lucy Mexican Kitchen has some of the best barbacoa tacos and horchata. Sure, these food trucks have similar menus but Lucy makes their food with love. You may have to wait a little bit for your order but worth every second. This place is located among a group of food trucks, but you may notice it's one of the busier locations. If you have made it this far in my review, then you know why. Young kid who took our order was very nice, however, there were some language barrier and made it hard to order and ask for specific stuff.. I always get excited when I see tripas on the menu.. I asked for it to be cooked extra crispy and they delivered! I was pretty happy about that because I have asked another food truck before and was done wrong and had to send it back and re-cooked.. also had a lengua taco and it was tender and delicious.. my bf opted for 2 breakfast tacos and we ordered 2 Agua frescas.. Second time coming here and same experience. Moody grumpy teenage girl who is very pinche about their salsa. It’s ok. Very spicy which is great. But misses flavor. They were very right with the ingredients. Barely enough on the tacos to call it a taco. The flavor on the barbacoa was basically of boiled meat. Campacheno was not good and dry and hard.
