I’m Sorry but Dean needs to be let go.

If you go to this location on pecan Street the drive thru speaker doesn’t work and no sign posted letting customers know. So Expect to waste a few mins waiting to be greeted so you can place your order.

Eventually you will have to pull forward to the window and the Cashier his name is Dean starts off by saying, he’s the only employee tonight. That wasn’t true there were two other employees there.

Hot n ready pizza do not exist at this location. I mean they never have a hot and ready pizza. Not even one. NEVER!!!!!

But you’re gonna order anyways because you’re already there and you get told by Dean that it’s only gonna be a 10 minute wait. You will park right in front of the door because Dean said he’ll bring the pizzas out to you. But Dean lies and he’s lazy. after 20 minutes Go by you will go in and ask if the pizzas are ready. He said, “they’ve been ready, that he forgot to take them out to me”.

I asked for garlic dipping sauce on my way out the door. Dean said they are $.86 each. I looked at him and said, “I just waited 20 minutes for two hot and ready pizzas that probably aren’t hot anymore and weren’t ready. You can’t throw in $.86 garlic dipping sauce?” he said no, tuned his back to me and walked away.

The pizzas were no longer hot. because Dean didn’t close the door when he took out pizza to give to a customer who was in the lobby and Visibly upset over the wait.

When I go back to this location if the speaker is still broke I’m not ordering from them. Because ultimately it’s the owners who do not care about the service. If they don’t care I’ll go to Dominos Pizza Hut, hell I’ll even order pizza from 7/11 before I get pizza from them if that...

Ordered a pizza through the app. App said it was ready. Went to store to find that the Pizza Portal does not work at this location, my name was not on the screen and the QR Code and code did not work. Shortly afterwards, got a notification from the app stating for me to go to the cashier. I go to the cashier who is busy fighting a customer about how they can't take his cash. The manager ended up breaking store rules and ended up breaking the customer's cash then took his order right after. After that ordeal was done, let cashier know that my order was ready but the Pizza Portal wasn't working. The cashier checked and said that my pizza was actually still in the oven. As I'm writing this review, there are 13 other customers and 4 food delivery guys here just sitting here in the lobby while only 2 of them were working on pizzas and drive thru and all other staff are in the back laughing and joking and yelling at each other. I've been waiting for this pizza which said that it was ready for over an hour after the app informed me that it was ready. Remember that customer they were fighting with about his cash? He's the only one who got his pizza in the end, the people who got here before me are still waiting for theirs! This location is a must avoid unless you enjoy waiting for nothing. Go to another store please!

The worker are extremely rude. I went there to order a pizza and someone else came to pickup a order. Like most order pickup they normally show you their phone. I know this bc I work as a hosted. The lady responded so rude saying she was talking I admit she was talking about work but also as a worker dealing with costumer services I seen it in many places you're supposed to be working and talking if is especially if is work related that way you don't have lots people waiting. She could've easily at least look at the phone and said I'll check on it in a minute instead of snapping at him. When the guy try talking to her that she was being rude she started saying the he was being rude when in reality she was the being rude. Every one else in there were tense cause of how she was being not good environment. Then I ask a other lady the one who took my order for the name of the sauce I understand she probably didn't know the sauce but she had to make a clear disgusted face looking at me as if I was crazy. The pizza was good in taste but the moment you look at your pizza you can tell that they were trying to finish fast the pizza was cut in 6 slices instead of 8 like all the pizza I get in normal size they were all cut in big slices. You can clearly tell that they didn't want to cut the pizza. I truly hope they get new better management and that the pick driver also makes a review of how poorly he was treated cause he was still a costumer. No wonder this specific location has a...
