I know that many people are not going to agree with me but I don’t care I don’t give a 5 star because even I work here I know we sometimes we put the wrong thing in the bag we make mistakes we are humans but I wish we can have a place we’re the employees can complain about the rude customers that they wake up sometimes on the wrong side of bed and then they come in screaming at us and they want us to understand when they’re mumbling in the drive-through speaker I know they don’t answer the phone there I’m the only one that dose when I’m there working I know the rest doesn’t I can’t do anything about it I have told my supervisor but they don’t do anything Im sorry about that they always have tha bathroom broken the AC has been broken since 1 year ago I’m like something the problem is not the employees is the company that doesn’t put a effort to fix thins We try every day to do the orders correctly there’s too many orders I’m not complaining about my job I love going to work there but it doesn’t sometimes is a little bit hard because the customer sometimes don’t order the things correctly either and then they come and change it at the window and then they come and complain that we made it wrong they changed it like three or four times We all make mistakes i have worn to many fast food restaurants They are all the some people always going to Complain Even I complain about other stores or restaurants but I don’t go back to the restaurant I just stop going there That’s how I resolve...
Read moreI will particularly say this Popeyes location: 1702 W Pecan St, Pflugerville, TX 78660 United States is a horrible location that I will never spend my money at again. Not once, twice, but more than 3 occasions have I gone to this location and they have just thrown my fries at the bottom of a bag without any wrapping. Literally, just tossed in a bag. But wait it gets more crazy.. the first time it happened, the MANAGER on duty LIED and said it was because of covid (why would covid affect something like that and also corporate said that is in fact a lie). The second time, they took my fries back and put it in a box. This time, they took it back and put it in a normal wrapping. So clearly, they have the materials to do so, they just being lazy. I called corporate about It each time but clearly the managers, cooks, and meal prepares are not taking the chain of command seriously or if it's even enforced at this point. I am NOT a animal. I want my food served properly as I paid for a service whom is a FRANCHISE. I feel so disrespected. I would never wish for someone to be fired because at the end of the day people ARE human and there's some of us who respect others and know they must make a living to support their families but someone needs to be written up with disciplinary action. Read moreI love Popeyes, but this location is poorly managed. The guy taking my order was either high on pot or mentally handicapped. I am not trying to be funny or insulting, I am serious. It took him at least 25 minutes to process my order of five meals and got it completely wrong. My order was to go, he made for dine in. Now this could have been a simple mistake, but we had a conversation at the time of ordering about it. He put it in as a dine in and I said, "No, this is a To Go order." Then he brings it on a tray and says, "Here is your order." I looked at him and I could tell he had no memory of the conversation we had just 10 minutes prior. When I said, "This order to go." He acted all surprised as if he had never heard that before.
The rest of the whole restaurant was in complete chaos. In the time I was there, they gave out two Uber orders to the wrong people and the manager was asking the youngest employee there, "What should I do?" over and over again. The manager was completely lost and the employees were getting every wrong. It took at least and hour from the time I orders and got out the door. My orderwas wrong and when I tried to correct my order, they did not believe me and I had to prove they got it wrong with the reciept. They treated me like was lying and like I was so poor I need to cheat them out of a chicken breast (which I had already paid extra for.)
